Não gostei em nada da acomodação, quarto bem ruim.

Cons:

Não tem armário, só cabides. O banheiro é ruim, a água do banho tem péssima vazão no ralo. O banheiro é pequeno e apertado, não tem lugar para colocar a bucha e o sabonete.

Friendly staff, good breakfast for people like me who like some fruits with eggs.

Cons:

Mold in the rooms. Everything was damp the next day. Basically no natural light in our room, felt like nighttime all the time.

Excelente ubicación y personal, pero con detalles de mantenimiento por mejorar.

Nos encantó la ubicación del hotel, súper céntrica para explorar la ciudad y perfecta para tomar los tours sin problemas. El desayuno delicioso. La piscina nos gustó mucho también, aunque las fotos la hacían ver un poco más grande, y el plus es que tuvimos la suerte de visitarlo en temporada baja y casi la teníamos para nosotras solas, fue genial. Además, el personal fue muy agradable y nos facilitó mucho las cosas al permitirnos guardar nuestro equipaje el día del check-out hasta que salía nuestro vuelo. ¡Súper recomendable!

Cons:

tuvimos problemas de mantenimiento: la llave del lavabo del baño goteaba y se mojaba el piso, y el primer día no nos dejaron papel higiénico en la habitación, lo que fue un inconveniente a nuestra llegada.

La ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno no me gusto para nada, en relación a lo que traia y al servicio por parte de la mesera; y no hice uso de la piscina asi que no podrìa opinar.

Quarto com bom ar condicionado, troca diaria de toalhas, bom cafe da manha, piscina boa, internet boa, shampoo, condicionador e sabao liquidos a disposicao, localizacao privilegiada (fizemos muitos passeios a pe) bom atendimento e bom custo beneficio.

So nao tem agua quente e o colchao um pouco deformado.

Good location, in the heart of getsemani, the inner room is a good option for the people who want to sleep in a quiet and out of the morning sunlight. The ac is good and the lights are very good. Beds are good and pillows too.

Cons:

I would like to see a crystal clear swimming pool, I know is difficult to maintain with many guest but a better filter would help.

Horroroso feo sucio no lo recomiendo en nada

Nada absolutamente nada ni para mochileros este lugar es terrible sucio , poca amabilidad me dio hasta temor estar ahí con solo ver la habitacion ni la acepte me devolví y cancele la habitacion no la recomiendo en nada

A charming and comfortable property in colonial style, in the heart of Getsemaní, close to everything. Our room was spacious and had a charming balcony overlooking the street and the surrounding rooftops. We enjoyed the rooftop, the swimming pool – small, but perfect for relaxing after the heat of the day – and everything about the place. You can hear music from the surrounding streets at night, but for us it was not a problem – it just felt like part of the lively atmosphere of Cartagena. We would definitely stay here again.
