Good midrange hotel.
Pros:

The staff were so lovely. Thry arranged our laundry for a slightly higher price than in the street, but it was convenient and perfectly cleaned and folded. Everone was very kind and helpful. The room was massive. The bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet included a good rotation of options.

Cons:

The room smelled quite damp. The door was impossible for me to open from the outside. It was stuck and needed a man's strength to bash open. The pools were chilly due to being sandwiched in between buildings and shaded.
The location was ok. We had a lot of trouble getting grabs as we were too close to the sites for the fare to be worth their trouble. Cancellation after cancellation became frustrating.

A Little Gem
Pros:

This hotel is a little gem. It is spotlessly clean, towels in the room changed daily. Efficient same day laundry service. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They arranged scooter hire for us. It has a great little pool area with 2 small dipping pools. Towels are provided and there are a few sun loungers. We had booked 8 nights but ended up staying 13. It is a few minutes walk along the river to the old quarter. There are many nearby restaurants. All serving great Vietnamese food, with a few western options available. An Bang beach is a 12 minute scooter or Grab ride away. We would recommend this lovely hotel to anyone. A great find!

A gem in Hoi An!
Pros:

Wonderful staff, beautiful and huge room with huge balcony, delicious breakfast with coffee, lots of options, fresh fruits and made to order eggs. Location means its quiet at night, but also a bit of a walk into the old town centre. Lovely stroll if you walk the river path. They also have bicycles available which meant a quick trip to the beach (tip! Visit Coconut Beach!!! Quiet, clean, great breeze!). Highly recommend this beautiful spot.

Cons:

Nothing, except that noise travels if you have an adjoining door, or your room door is facing the stairwell. Again , can't say it enough...the room was great, pool was great, lounge area was great. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and professional. They let us store our bags after check out as we had a late flight, and loaned us bikes again for the day.

Great spot, short walk to the old town.
Pros:

Loved here, location fantastic, property excellent, breakfast choices were really good. I will say the safe were so friendly and accommodating with laundry, arranging transport and day trips. Will definitely come back
