Eine herrliche Auszeit in einem wunderschönen Ambiente mit grandiosem Ausblick und viel Ruhe.
Pros:

Der Ausblick und die Lage des Hotels waren grandios. Der Blick auf den See war herrlich.

Das ganze Hotel ist leider extrem so heruntergekommen. Aus den siebziger Jahren schätze ich der Teppich im ganzen Haus ekelig siehe Fotos.
Kein Duschvorhang im Bad. Die Wolldecke war so dreckig, dass man sie nicht benutzen konnte. Obwohl mehr mal angekündigt, gab es kein Wi-Fi.
Die Frechheit war allerdings eine Hochzeit, die genau an unserem Wochenende stattfand. Somit hätten wir keinen Parkplatz. Unser Auto muss vom Personal nach hin und her rangiert werden und da das Hotel nur vier Zimmer hat also sehr klein ist, war die Hochzeit komplett zu hören. Sie war neben unserem Zimmer einen Live Band plus DJ.
Ich bin selber Hotelier und kann nicht verstehen, wie man bei so einer Veranstaltung die zimmer noch mieten kann. Der TV war defekt.
Bedingt durch die Hochzeit war der Pool nicht zugänglich die Möbel wie Nachttisch und Schrank sind selbst angemalt mit weißer Farbe das ist alles nicht dem Standard entsprechend.

Bestlage
Pros:

Eine absolute Top Lage mit äußerst freundlichem Personal. Zimmer sehr ruhig mit Klimaanlage und allem was man sonst benötigt. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit überwältigendem Seeblick.

Cons:

Wie bereits von anderen Urlauber erwähnt, wäre an der ein oder anderen Stelle Sanierungsbedarf, sicher mitunter mit wenig Aufwand zu erledigen. Trotz Bemühungen des Personals blieb das W Lan den gesamten Aufenthalt über unterdurchnittlich. Wer darauf grossen Wert legt wird enttäuscht. Wobei man bei dieser tollen Lage des Objektes sicher anderweitig auf seine Kosten kommt.

Das wird eines unserer Lieblingsstücke werden.
Pros:

Wunderschöne wahrscheinlich 70er Jahre Villa. Wahnsinns Lage riesiges Grundstück und phänomenaler Pool. Eine Oase am Gardasee mit extremen Charme. Hier könnte ein Film gedreht werden. Hoffentlich kann die Villa erhalten und instand gehalten werden. Der Zahn der Zeit nagt an ihr - nur 7 Zimmer - Ruhe - leicht morbider Charme - und extrem sympathisches Personal. Wer hier schlechte Rezessionen schreibt sollte lieber in All inclusive Massenressorts Ferien machen. Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Die Sorge das es so ein Juwel nicht mehr lange geben wird.

Tolles, außergewöhnliches Quartier
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See ist phantastisch! Der Pool, mit genügend Liegen für alle Gäste ist phänomenal. Das Personal war super nett und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen! Wir werden wiederkommen!
