Incredible as always.
Pros:

The spa room which we always stay in are just exceptional. Private peaceful and a definite chill area where you can relax and unwind.

Cons:

The art deco theme throughout the main hotel is just incredible. Takes you back to an amazing time where quality and looks mattered.

Great food, disappointing room
Pros:

Fabulous staff, so helpful and welcoming. Dinner menu offered a good variety and was of excellent quality. The cooked breakfast was also very tasty

Cons:

Very disappointed with our room. It did not resemble the photos on Booking.com.
It was clean, but very drab and tatty.

Had a wonderful time ..will certainly return in the future
Pros:

The staff are excellent..they are friendly and accommodating. The service is excellent from all … from the reception staff to the waiting staff and bar staff and they all had a smile on their faces ..nothing was too much trouble for them.
The food is first class, with excellent choices, presentation and organisation.
Love the 1930’s Art Deco vibe.
Is a good base to explore the surrounding area.
