I regret having selected this hotel. Reception unfriendly and dull. The room was disappointing.
Cons:

Dirty torn carpets. Cold room. Heating didn't work. The beds were uncomfortably cold and the duvets didn't help. Toilet space impractical. Cold in toilet and no way to heat up the space. Hand wash basin and toilet are not in the same room. No soap or shampoo. The pillows are most uncomfortable! The stairs leading to upper floors are dangerously steep. The breakfast was a 1 out of 10.

It's only suitable for an overnight stay.
Pros:

The location was good, and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

There was no hand soap or shower gel in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was constantly wet, and there was nothing available to dry it with. There was also no ventilation.

It was not possible to buy coffee in the morning. If you hadn’t booked breakfast, you couldn’t even buy a cup of coffee.

Tolles team, nett, freundlich. Besonders die Dame von Freitag Abend. Dank u wel! Passt alles, die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut. Empfehlenswert

I enjoyed my stay here, Cozy, Affordable, walking distance to all ammenities
Pros:

When I walked in the door for the very first time, I was very Happy with the Ambiance, I immediately felt at home 💕 It is very cozy💕 I chose the dormroom for the great price and convenience. I enjoyed meeting the other occupants, all were very friendly, helpful and interesting people from around the world.

Cons:

I have No Complaints 💕

Prima bevallen.
Pros:

Ligging, centrum Leeuwarden. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding gewoon goed.

Cons:

Isolatie tussen kamers minpuntje en het is natuurlijk wel uitermate geschikt als je een keer op stap wil gaan. Dus zorgen dat je als laatste thuiskomt. :-)

Voor deze prijs verwacht je basic, maar dit was niet schoon en vervallen.
Pros:

Locatie is uitstekend.
Ontbijt is prima en basic; wat je kan verwachten voor deze prijs.
Boterhammen en lekker suikerbrood (naar dat was er 1 en te weinig voor alle gasten en werd niet aangevuld nadat die op was).

Cons:

De kamer en ontbijt samen zijn niet duur. We waren voorbereid op een basic hotel.
Maar wij baalden want het maakte een vervallen indruk: De entree, trappen huis, gang en de kamer.
Het bed vond ik het ergste:
- alleen 1 laken om een matras met vlekken. Geen molton.
het laken zit niet strak om de matras en verschuift dus, waardoor je op de blote matras komt te liggen.
- zelfde voor kussen: 1 kussensloop om een kussen met vlekken. Geen moton kussensloop.
Verder:
- oude vloerbedekking die niet school was met vlekken.
- vlekken op het oude behang in de slaapkamer
- brandde geen groen lampje van het brandalarm wat de indruk wekte dat deze op de slaapkamer het niet deed.
- op de plek waar mechanische afzuiging in de douche had moeten zitten, zat een gat in het plafond.
- badkamer sterk verouderd en kalk aanslag.
- In het trappengat is tapijt tegen de muren geplakt. Dit kwam liet op meerdere plekken los en hing half omlaag.
- Het raam kan open wat prettig is, want anders warm (geen airco). Maar aan de straat kant is lawaai dus het raam moest dicht. Daardoor werd de kamer warm.
- Het raam zit vrij laag en de 'pen met gaatjes' om het raam vast te zetten werkte niet.

Het is een aanrader voor een kort verblijf in Leeuwarden
Pros:

We hadden een ruime kamer met drie bedden.
Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd.
Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum dus alles is dicht bij.
Het parkeren was in een garage verder op in de straat.

Cons:

De kamer was erg stoffig en de douche kop was vies en er waren vieze kit randen in de douche

Voldeed vooral door fantastisch personeel !
Pros:

Alles was op basis van prijs/kwaliteits verhouding in orde

Cons:

Er was pech met de waterleidings buizen maar gelukkig was het in de nacht opgelost .
Echter werd ik wakker van mensen voor het hotel die zaten te blowen en die tegen de gevel pisten. Dus de volgende keer zou ik een kamer op de verdieping er boven nemen.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Bed was oké.

Cons:

Enorm gehorig. Ontbijt niet uitnodigend, schimmel op fruit.
