Pros:

Housekeeping was good. Lubna was great guiding to go to places. In house drivers were very polite and nice.

Cons:

Night Manager was rude. I did make complain to the guest relation manager. Requested for 2 point plus but never got after 3 hours. Secondly cockroach was found in shower while my son in bathroom. Made complain to night duty manager and answer we got is that this is normal in the country. Ask clean up the cockroach at 11pm but the housekeeping at 2am knocking door while do not disturb sign was on

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms were very nice too, with a cute balcony & the air conditioning was very good in the room.
The Spa is amazing, and the pools are great too. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety so you will find something for everyone. The fresh juice & moroccon tea was very nice.
All of the staff were polite, helpful & friendly.

Cons:

The only downside is lack of air conditioning in the lifts and nearby lobbys. There is beautiful seating in the communal areas by the lifts, but there is no air conditioning so you are unable to sit there to enjoy it. The air conditioning is a little slow in some of the restaurants too.

A well‑equipped hotel, but several challenges with room preparation, maintenance, and noise affected
Pros:

• Large swimming pools, both indoors and outdoors.
• A big hotel with plenty of facilities.
• Direct access from the hotel to the shopping mall.
• Breakfast with a wide variety of food options.
• Room service is quick and easy.
• A room with a spacious balcony.
• Fast and stable internet.

Cons:

I had booked two rooms, but one of them wasn’t ready upon arrival. They cleaned it very quickly, which meant the room wasn’t properly cleaned when we entered. They had to redo it, and the whole process took about an hour.
The air conditioning didn’t work properly, so staff had to come by twice to fix it. We weren’t offered another room and were simply told to wait and be patient.
We ordered food through room service, but it arrived lukewarm.
The IPTV didn’t include all TV channels, so the viewing options were limited.
We were not informed at check‑in about the heavy construction work, which caused a lot of noise during our stay.
The entrance is located on a busy road with constant traffic.
