The stay was fine. Also water dispenser should be in the hotels or water should be provided.
Pros:

I liked the hotel. It was very clean from the reception room.

Cons:

I didnt like that bed sheets were not changed on arrival they were dirty and asked them to be changed but it still had stained and wasnt changed. They also didnt provide simple necessities that other hotels do like slippers, hair comb and robes.

The property itself was stunning especially after having to navigate the maze at a Riad. The hotel is spacious and open with a great selection of items for breakfast.

Cons:

While the staff at breakfast was incredible and could not be more helpful, I found the front office staff less helpful. I was traveling separately from my daughter whom I was leaving behind at the hotel. I phoned the evening before to ask for late check out for her. Was told to try again in the morning. She was denied one. We just wanted an extra hour for her. I also phoned to organise someone taking my luggage for me as I was leaving for my flight from Casablanca at 5:45 am. I was told to phone in the morning. When I phoned at 5:30 am, the only porter available was as helping someone else. I ended up taking 3 suitcases down with my daughter at 5:30 am.
