Pros:

Belle piscine extérieure et intérieure. Accès direct au centre commercial. Bon emplacement proche de Marrakech et de l’aéroport. Belle chambre.

Cons:

La façade de l’hôtel était en travaux. Il n’y a pas vraiment d’activités dans l’hôtel, donc c’est bien pour venir dormir, un peu de piscine et ensuite sortir de l’hôtel.

Great hotel and hospitality, bad restaurant.
Pros:

Great stuff, nice rooms, amazing hospitality.

Cons:

No space at the pool side aldo has I understand the hotel was not in full copasty.
Restauranta are expensive and don't really give good value for money. (10€ for a glass of very simple wine, 19€ plate of cuscus)

. Grande chambre et grande salle de bains très propre. Literie confortable. Beaucoup de rangements. Gentillesse du personnel. Le choix du petit déjeuner est impressionnant. très bonnes crêpes et omelettes faites à la demande.

Cons:

Nous n'avons été informé que quelques jours avant notre arrivée que l'hôtel subissait de "très légers travaux". Nous avions choisi celui ci pour sa piscine. Bienvenue en "enfer" Pour couvrir le bruit des travaux, musique de la piscine avec le volume à fond. Impossible de se reposer après les visites ou même de lire (même avec des boules quies) Nous avons passé les après midi dans la chambre. Si les travaux que nous avons supporté étaient légers, qu'en serait-ce si les travaux furent plus importants .La terrasse extérieure de la chambre était également trop bruyante avec la circulation de l'avenue juste à côté. L'hôtel est un peu daté et vieillissant. Le frigo de la chambre ne marchait pas mais les bouteilles d'eau étaient renouvelées tous les jours. L'eau de la piscine intérieure est gelée et le bruit de la clim et des pompes est absolument insoutenable et doit dépasser allégrement les 70 db. Ce qui explique qu'il n'y avait jamais personne sauf le pauvre gardien !

Un service facturation injoignable pendant une semaine on n'arrive pas à les contacter ni par email ni par téléphone.

Wonderful feels like second home.
Pros:

All the staff are very friendly and excellent service.
Nawal is really attentive and very friendly she is very hardworking, Nawal deserves promotion . Imad and Hamza is a very hardworking really amazing service both of them are really kind. Amine is really nice always with smile and very helpful.
Latifa she is really really nice she have a great smile always giving us a greetings and she always keep our room clean.
Savoy Marrakesh you have a wonderful staff and they are all Magnificent.
Thank you for making our holiday special all the time.
The swimming pool area is always clean and immaculate.
