I love the place 2nd time going will be visiting again.
Pros:

House was nice and big restaurants next door. Private pool.

Cons:

I booked a house months in advance when I reached the property that house wasn’t for rent anymore etc.. staff was accommodating and put us in a nicer house but we had to wait about two hours.

Cons:

No one there to clean l didn't see anyone come to clean for two days l been there the water all over the place l was so surprised even when l did make call to to tell them water is over the place some one did come very fast took pictures than tell me the next morning someone going to be there. No one chow up the next day that's OK.

The restaurants are nice but the food is limited not many choices it is only 2 restaurants on the property but the other one you must pay 44.00 Dollars just to enter but you get 44.00 dollars to use in food in beverage it is a nice place called Santa Fe

I don’t know where to began JUST BEWARE I need everyone to know of the bug infestation so we had to leave early and the management did nothing to help us ! They treated us horribly never solved anything I even gave them a chance to work with them but they do not care they are all about taking your money and not offering good service. I’ve traveled all over the world on summer vacation with my children every summer but this was the WORST place I’ve ever visited!!!! Let me start I arrived on August 2, 2023 at 5am in the morning at SOV I had Villa number 51 in which I hope the owner is aware of the conditions there. Upon arrival there was roach in the master suite in which my son was discussed I told him don’t make a big deal of it I will speak to the management about it in the morning. There were no wash clothes in the the villa I had a party of 6 and had 4 old ripped towels I politely asked the management for wash cloths and towels for 2 days they just ignored my request. That was a small thing I really expected to for things to get better and I told them that… But 4 days in my daughter opened up the bathroom and there was a cockroach I thought she was playing but sure enough it was there later on we opened up the cabinet under the sink and there was another cockroach I was furious!!! I went to the manager again and all the did was offer excuses “ oh it’s probably cause you on the first floor, “ I told them the conditions are unacceptable and I did not pay 1,866 dollars for these type of conditions they said someone would come to fumigate. I also had-ants all throughout the kitchen could not control them everyday. They sent house keeping but That did not control them. Oh be aware they don’t tell there is NO AiR CONDITIONING in the living and kitchen so it really impossible to cook the excuse they offer for that is that they didn’t advertise AC I’m the common areas. It was the worst vacation ever!!!! I could go on but now I will let the photos speak for themselves.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was great with all i needed, especially fixing my tv for the game
Pros:

The breakfast was great, @ maria restaurant, and the location right off the water was beautiful, the staff was polite and attentive and i enjoyed myself, so much i went a second time for breakfast, overall i was very please with the food the staff and the scenery location.

Cons:

was looking for turkey bacon or turkey sausage, however i was brought and alternative of fried steak with peppers and onions which i thought was great, and it satisfied my need.
