A disappointing hotel in an amazing location with lovely staff

Pros:

The Staff were amazing and so polite, even the younger staff which can sometimes be unusual. We loved our stay and all the staff made our experience so much better including the receptionist that showed us to our room and made us feel very comfortable and settled. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely return for a second visit. A beautiful place, very well maintained and the wildlife surrounding the area and view to hand made the visit worth the while

Nice stay at lands end hotel
Pros:

Great location, amazing view from bedroom, staff helpful. Good buffet breakfast in the morning. You can see that the hotel has gone through a refurbishment and is looks amazing inside and the room we had had just had a new bathroom and carpets. Shame about the coffee stain on the floor should have been cleaned.

Cons:

Guest folder says bath Robes in room so does booking . Com but none in room? Reception stated they have been removed so please remove from folder etc. as folder says you will be fined. Also large coffee stain on carpet which was old so not sure why no effort has been done to remove it.not sure why guests have to pay £7.50 for parking daily as you are not using the main lands end carpark.

We enjoyed our stay,with a view to die for.
Pros:

The breakfast was good,with a good selection of food etc,but could do with more of a choice of teas other than just cornish tea.

Cons:

Needs more of a choice on the main menu for evening meals as was fairly limited.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen. Spätestens wenn man am Abend, nachdem die vielen Tagestouristen wieder aufgebrochen sind, mit einem kühlen Getränk auf der Terrasse sitzt und den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer beobachtet, versteht man, warum es genau die richtige Entscheidung ist, hier zu übernachten.

Auch ein Spaziergang am frühen Morgen, noch vor dem Frühstück, ist ein besonderes Erlebnis. Die Lage könnte einfach für einen Besuch von Land’s End kaum besser sein.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Land’s End ist für uns ein magischer Ort, den man von diesem Hotel aus besonders komfortabel erkunden kann.

Dazu kommt ein sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Team, das den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm macht. Außerdem waren sowohl das Abendessen in Menüform als auch das Frühstück gut.

Für uns eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die die besondere Atmosphäre von Land’s End genießen möchten.

Great hotel and team
Pros:

Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and wonderful food. Stayed for 3 night in May. This was our second visit and we will definitely visit again. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Very good
Pros:

Excellent receptionist. We stayed at this hotel because our flight to Scilly had been cancelled. As we were leaving before breakfast she organised a take a way pack for us.

Cons:

No al a carte menu. We were offered a 5 course menu. Take it or leave it!
