Ich hatte das Gefühl jeder Zug macht ne Vollbremsung in meinen Ohren
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Man hat die Bahn schon sehr stark gehört. Zudem hat die Klo Spülung nicht alles immer weg gespült. Das Bad war leicht angeschimmelt. Generell war das Zimmer etwas leer da es keinerlei Bilder o.ä. gab.

Un séjour au delà de mes attentes!
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné mon amie et moi dans cet hotel durant 6 jours et nous avons été très satisfaite. Le service était impeccable et la chambre était tout à fait conforme à la photo: propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est gourmand, avec une grande variété de produits!!
Nous nous sommes senties parfaitement en sécurité et à l'aise, que ce soit de jour ou de nuit et ce grâce au personnel de l'hôtel. Toute l'équipe était serviable, très souriante et avenante. Nous avons notamment suivi les conseils de Mohamed sur des lieux a visiter et nous n'avons pas été déçus! Un des membres parlait également un français impeccable ce qui nous a été fortement utile!
Je ne peux que vous recommander cet hôtel, d'autant plus qu'il est situé à côté de plusieurs gares!

Great hotel!
Pros:

It is near the train station and Cologne cathedral! They gave us the best room for my partner’s birthday celebration. The staff are very kind and accommodating. I also like the interior design of their common areas and their room.

Cons:

It would be better if there were fans or air conditioning available in the room for hot weather. Have to open the windows all the time and that brought pollens inside the room. Can also hear noises from outside.

Pros:

Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof und Dom sowie zum Musical Dome war sehr gut. Ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Richtige Stühle statt Hocker wären schön und ein kleiner Schrank. Keine ab Ablage im Bad.
