It was a good stay location wise and I would stay again but only if it was in the Theater not Annex.
Pros:

The location was very good close walking proximity to many historical attractions.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean.

Giada was the person that provided breakfast which was very good, coffee to order. She was very friendly and helpful giving us travel tips and places to go for dinner. She was Great!

Cons:

I felt a bit surprised when we booked on line the Booking confirmation says Navona Theatre Hotel.

We were traveling with another couple and booked at the same time they were at Navona Theater

They did send a message later after I inquired about 2 twin beds saying it was the Annex but until you get there you don't realize the difference and distance dragging bags on cobblestone roads to get there.

They were at the Navona Theater and we were at the Annex a separate building which was not real convenient.

There room was much nicer more room and a bathroom that had some area to put your things

Dear Management of Navona Theatre Hotel, I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel from April 29 through May 2, 2026. booked through Expedia. Unfortunately, the room we received was significantly different from what was represented in the Expedia listing and photos. The overall condition and experience were disappointing enough that I feel a partial refund is warranted. Some of the issues we encountered included: Extremely poor and unattractive views from both windows, looking into what appeared to be cluttered service alleys and maintenance areas rather than the charming Roman setting represented online. Garbage and trash frequently sitting near our front door area. Bathroom conditions that appeared worn down and poorly maintained. Light fixtures that appeared loose and barely attached to the wall, creating both an unpleasant appearance and a safety concern. Very limited space and furniture for storing clothing and personal belongings, making the room impractical for a multi-night stay. The room simply did not resemble the quality, atmosphere, or comfort level advertised on Expedia. Had the actual conditions been accurately represented, we would not have selected this property.

Super Lage, Preis-Leistung jedoch stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Wir waren im Nebenhaus, mitten in der Fussgängerzone - top! Einzig die frühen Morgenstunden waren laut, wenn die Putzwagen kamen und lautstark Glas entsorgt wurde.

Cons:

Dusche wurde nicht gereinigt, bei Ankunft waren noch Haarbüschel von den Vorgängern in der Dusche! Eklig! Die mussten wir nach 2 Tagen selber beseitigen…

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für italienische Verhältnisse ok, dennoch hätte ich mich nebst Kuchen und andere Süssspeisen über mehr Brot sehr gefreut.
