Günstige Unterkunft ohne Ansprüche
Pros:

Einigermaßen günstig, aber man darf nicht zu viel erwarten

Cons:

Das Haus hat die beste Zeit schon hinter sich. Alles wirkt etwas alt und abgewohnt. Es war einigermaßen sauber. Im Hof parken kostet 15€.

Frühstücken lieber nicht im Hotel, zu teuer für das was es gibt! ÖPNV perfekt zu erreichen

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe an der SBahn Station Karlshorst

Cons:

Das Frühstück muss morgens bestellt werden, jedes Getränk kostet extra! Nicht einmal ein zweiter (Filter)Kaffee ist kostenlos mit dabei! So etwas habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt!
Aufgebackene Semmeln, steinhart mit 3 Scheiben Wurst und Käse, ein hart gekochtes Ei und dafür 10 Euro verlangen? Bei den Croissants verhält es sich ähnlich: 2 Stück, außen verbrannt und innen roh!
Der Toilettendeckel rutscht beim Sitzen davon, duschen in beengter Dusche mit ekelhaftem Duschvorhang; keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschgel/Shampoo d.h. Jedes Mal Bücken und wieder klebt der Vorhang an einem daran!
Die drei Sterne sind hier mehr als fragwürdig

Gute Lage, fußläufig zur S-Bahn.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Luxus sollte man nicht erwarten. Fürs einfache Übernachten aber völlig okay.

Pros:

Frühstück besteht aus einer Menüwahl und nicht als Buffet. Es kann aus 6 Angeboten gewählt werden, es können mehrere ausgewählt werden. Das WLAN Netzt ist Ok.

Cons:

Tv ohne Funktion. Haben es bei einer Übernachtung nicht vermisst.

I had booking in booking.com, but at reception hotel claimed I have no reservation and tried to get rid of me :(

Doors are slaping loudly. Itt is hard to go to sleeap erly while neibgours are running around.
