Passeggiate e relax al fresco
Pros:

Premetto che io avevo una camera doppia deluxe. La struttura è ben curata, anche nei piccoli particolari ed il personale è molto qualificato. Pulizia top. Ottimi i servizi offerti, come per esempio, la SPA ed il parcheggio coperto. Anche la colazione e cena, ottime, sia per la varietà offerta che per la qualità dei prodotti usati. Insomma da ritornarci sicuramente.

L'esperienza è stata molto positiva soprattutto per l'atmosfera familiare e accogliente. Andare via con un saluto e abbraccio del personale di sala, è un valore aggiunto :-). Idem per la gentilezza della signora della reception. Un posto dove ci si sente un pò a casa, con la voglia di ritornare. Ottima la posizione lontana dal turismo di massa, per la pace che ti circonda e per chi vuole spostarsi nei dintorni, così da poter visitare città come Merano e Trento/Bolzano, o per trekking in montagna, passeggiate tra svariati sentieri.....insomma una settimana di pace per detox e respiro a contatto con la natura e panorami mozzafiato. Altamente consigliato.

Colazione fantastica! Posizione ottima, SPA gradevolissima e attrezzata, personale della SPA competente gentilissimo

Cons:

Spiace che la SPA chiuda così presto, alle 19: si potrebbe lasciare accesso autonomo agli ospiti un paio d‘ore in più, magari anche in parte: una Night SPA, non è necessario avere personale in presenza.

A Hotel nagyon szép, kiváló az elhelyezkedése. Nagyon figyelmes, udvarias a személyzet, külön dicséretet érdemel az étteremben a felszolgáló. A vezetőség vendég központú, a napi ajánlatot az étteremben mindennap magyar nyelven prezentálták a számunkra. Kényelmes volt az ágy, a wellnesben minden megtalálható ami a lazuláshoz,. kikapcsolódáshoz szükséges.

Cons:

A szoba elég kicsi volt, én nagyobbat foglaltam (négyzetméter) A reklamaciómra a válasz az volt, hogy lecserélték egy erkélyesre. Nagyobbat nem tudtak adni, csak felár ellenében.

PEDALATA IN VAL DI SOLE
Pros:

Sono stati tutti gentili, comprensivi e ci hanno dato delle possibilità (check-in tardi e late check-out) molto apprezzate. La colazione è buona e varia. L'hotel è un valido appoggio per tutte le attività del territorio, tra cui l'uso della ciclabile della Val di Sole. Personale molto disponibile, aperto/socievole e attento.

Cons:

Abbiamo segnalato il caldo del materasso, nel periodo estivo, ma comunque gestibile.

Geweldig!
Pros:

Ideale uitvalbasis om ritten met je motor in deze omgeving starten en te eindigen. Na een lange motor rit kun je heerlijk vertoeven in het zwembad of de jacuzzi. Daarnaast is het handig dat je kan ontbijten en avondeten in het hotel. Al moet je bij het avond eten wel bedenken dat de tijden wellicht iets later zijn dan gewend als Nederlander. Super vriendelijk personeel!!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft und Motorradfreundlich
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist sehr ruhig, aber genau was wir gesucht haben. Ist also nichts für Nachtschwärmer. Nach den Motorradtouren konnten wir uns im Wellnessbereich gut entspannen. Das Motorrad konnten wir in der großen Tiefgarage einstellen. Die ist zwar nicht verschlossen, hat aber auch nicht geschadet. Man kommt von der Garage aus mit dem Aufzug in die Stockwerke.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem schönen Blick ins Tal. Wir würde wieder dort hin fahren.

Cons:

Da gab es bei uns nichts.

Piscina comoda e tranquilla. Bella posizione. Colazione buona.

Cons:

Piscina forse leggermente fredda. Al nostro arrivo la camera non era pronta. Ma nel giro di poco lo staff ha risolto.

Bin ein bisschen skeptisch wegen der Durchschnittsbewertung von 8.3 gewesen, daher die 10 (über Erwartungen). Schöne Zimmer, grosses Bad, sehr leise. Der Spa Bereich ist modern und gross. Das Abendessen der Halbpension war hervorragend, Getränkepreise nicht überzogen. Gutes Frühstück, gratis Garagenplatz. Faires Preis / Leistungs Verhältnis.
Das Personal / die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich, fühlte mich wohl.
