The room was ok but the service was bad. People shouldn’t have to wait an hour AFTER check in to get into your room.

Cons:

Check in was supposed to be at 4, but after our long drive in from PA, we had to wait over an hour and a half to have our room cleaned. Couldn’t even have given us a complimentary drink from the bar for making us wait. When you’re paying $800 a night, this is unacceptable.
