Lovely big room in central Montreal.
Pros:

Lovely big room and bed.

Cons:

Couldn’t get anything but HOT water from the shower. Exterior of hotel blended into surrounding grey buildings, so we walked straight past it, at first. Had to retrace our steps (with heavy bags), considerably

Equipe simpática, comunicativa e amável. Amplitude do quarto e do banheiro. E lencóis e toalhas com cheiro de limpos.

Cons:

Os carpetes davam a impressão de não serem limpos com frequência, deixando um odor de sujeira nos ambientes. Senti falta de garrafas de água no quarto, que foram entregues após minha solicitação.

I would go back but with no room service
Pros:

Love the location, everything is close by. Breakfast was top tier, love the rooftop restaurant inside

Cons:

i wish breakfast could close at 11 am on week days not 10 am because when you are on vacation you don't want to wake up early. Also, room service $40 extra, not fair to me.

Hôtel idéalement situé et personnel au top.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, au centre de tous les centres d’intérêt. Les repas et petits déjeuner proposés sont très bon et copieux.
Enfin, mention spéciale à l’ensemble du personnel qui est très aimable et efficace.

Non è stato gestito dallo staff e da Booking un problema sulla prenotazione: io ho prenotato una camera con 3 ospiti con colazione inclusa. La struttura ha detto che la camera prevede solo due colazioni incluse e ho dovuto pagare la terza.

Excellent Choice
Pros:

The staff at this property is excellent. We needed extra pillows and a bathrobe which were immediately delivered. The restaurant East and the rooftop restaurant have very good food and service. Special thanks to the lady that checked us in and the concierge Veronica who had balloons and a birthday treat in the room upon our arrival. The valet staff is also excellent. The location is good and within walking distance of many places. If I returned to Montreal I would stay here again.

Decent hotel. Nice lobby.
Pros:

Great lobby, decent restaurants and nice terrace. Rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The location is right downtown, but not convenient to the old city tourist attractions. Very convenient for jazz festival however. Service at the hotel was very good.

Never again. Don't waste your time and money!
Pros:

We went there for breakfast to celebrate our anniversary. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, we had to wait in line for nearly 15 minutes. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and it took about 10 minutes to arrive. The eggs had barely any hollandaise sauce and were completely lacking in flavor. Overall, both the service and the food quality were very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place.
