المكان والفندق نظيف ومرتب وكل شي متوفر صحيح يبعد عن شارع العرب ولكن الفندق بشكل عام ممتاز ، وخصوصا موظفين الاستقبال والمطعم دائما مبتسمين وراقين في التعامل انصحكم بالسكن فيه

Very nice and had a good smile with the staff
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast,breakfast staff we welcoming and also very funny and made us laugh every day.The reception staff were very helpful with translation and any questions we had.Also they smiled and said hello every time we came in or out.And again they had a sense of humour.The lads unloading the suitcases couldn’t be more helpful and also the cleaning lady worked around us , nothing to much trouble for her,and again very pleasant and polite.couldnt fault any members of staff.clean and nice hotel to stay .i will go back.😀

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend.

Cons:

Beim 2. Besuch war ein unangenehmer Geruch beim betreten des Zimmers. Trotz Reinigung der Klimaanlage keine große Besserung.

Overall a great stay.
Pros:

The staff and reception and the restaurant were really nice. The gym is well equipped with heavy weights which is rare to find in a hotel. The pool area is completely shaded at all times which makes it comfortable to relax by. The sauna is nice but it is tiny so only 1 person can use it at a time. Breakfast was good with something slightly different each day. We stayed for a week and although the main things at breakfast are the same, the hot food options changed each day which is good. Rooms were clean and spacious. TV had some movie options. It is a little away from the main area but we’re not into clubs and pubs so was happy to be where we were. Still plenty of food options around and close to the Big C which is a great air conditioned mall with places to eat as well as shops and supermarkets. Good prices too.

Cons:

The shower leaks a little so the floor mat gets wet but not a huge deal breaker.

The service was impeccable and catered to any requirements that I needed.All the staff where very helpful and friendly.

The balcony was a bit small but for the price it was exceptional.

Pros:

very positive stay, cleanliness, well furnished and new rooms, good courtesy kit and all the kind and smiling staff who will make you feel at home, I thank all the breakfast staff, kind and fun and Ms OIL who will help you with everything

Amazing location and superb rooms
Pros:

Beautiful rooms and really great location central to everywhere, terminal 21 and central plaza only 5 minutes away, LK Metro and walking street only 10 minutes.

Staff are lovely and restaurant serves lovely food. Pool is also really nice and cool on a hot day. Lots of local restaurants and 7/11’s 2 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful stay at Pattaya
Pros:

The room is large, clean and the facilities are new. The front lady Muay is very professional and friendly, she handled my early check in very well. The staffs at the breakfast are very kind and polite as well.

Cons:

I don't really like the coffee machine at the breakfast area, the taste is a bit odd, would be nice if have some pot of brewed coffee, with cream, milk and sugar on the side.
