You can stay with pet in the hotel. Nice staff, clean and clam and cozy. Location is really good.

Freibad Pool war geschlossen
The hotel is genuinely impressive - spotless, beautifully kept, and a real cut above, with regular daily housekeeping and a solid breakfast. The location is excellent: right in the center, within easy walking distance of everything, and there's a lovely garden to stroll through, with a few kittens and tortoises living on the grounds. It also has a spa and an indoor pool, and parking is available on site (€10 a day).
One of the rooms had a genuine issue with the shower, water collected in one part of the floor and wouldn't drain, since the shower simply isn't designed to let it run off. It just pooled there, so we had to step through standing water after every use. The hotel's only response was to send someone to scoop the water out; they never offered to move us to another room to make things more comfortable, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level.

It is very well renovated, the swimming pool is warm, the SPA is excellent. The breakfast is decent, with good varieties of food and fresh fruits. The staff are polite. The inner garden with turtles and cats was the favourite spot of our child.
The parking is not included in the price. The kids room is small - but our child didn’t want anyway to spend time in it.

A wonderful choice for a spring weekend in Bansko! The staff were very thoughtful and offered us a complimentary room upgrade because of a Saturday event, so that we could enjoy a peaceful night without any disturbance from the music. The hotel is centrally located, with paid parking available, which is very convenient. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Bansko.
The price could perhaps be a little better for this time of the season.

Hotelul are un design deosebit si pare a fi renovat de putin timp , totul este foarte nou . Amenajarea camerei si a tuturor spatiilor este superba si se incadreaza perfect in stilul Bansko montan. Curatenie exemplara in toate zonele inclusiv SPA. Micul dejun foarte bun si variat , la fel si cina. Personalul a fost foarte amabil si atent sa rezolve toate doleantele.
