Great hotel. We loved the animals in the garden and the spa area.
Tudo. Quarto e casa de banho excelentes, muito limpas, super confortável, decoração agradável.
Piscina enorme, limpa, com espreguiçadeiras e bar de apoio (apesar de caro).
Pequeno almoço muito bom, com fruta fresca, pão fresco, várias opções de bolos, doces, compotas, frutos secos, cereais... enfim, muito variado e com boa qualidade.
Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Pedimos para chamar um táxi às 6h da manhã para visitarmos Vihren Hut (montanhas) e deram-nos umas sandes, frutas e doces para levarmos como pequeno-almoço.
Ficámos apenas duas noites, mas gostava de regressar para umas férias mais longas.
Nada de especial. Ao pequeno-almoço poderia haver sumos de fruta frescos e opções quentes feitas na hora (por exemplo, os ovos e as panquecas já estão feitas e são mantidos quentes). Mas é apenas uma sugestão.

Една малка забележка: жалко, че спасителят на басейна не беше по-внимателен към спазването на правилата - много е неприятно, когато плуваш и нечие дете изведнъж ти скочи върху главата
location, cleanliness, bed, food, stuff, and wellness part. Parking is big with a lot of space at this time of the year. do not know for the winter period.
There are not enough sunbeds or seats around the pool area for all guests. A lot of noise from restaurants over the weekend until 1 am because the hotel is in the center.
Location, cleanliness, great breakfast, good value for money.
Maybe they should consider not allowing outsiders at the pool when the hotel is full. It makes it more difficult to find sun beds and umbrellas when it’s so crowded.

A large, spacious, luxurious hotel, the spa and pool are really nice and fun. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of the city's pedestrian street.
