Really awesome experience here! I wasn't expecting this kind of service, from the very first start when we came. Really appreciate the staff service, very pleasant. The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the spa facilities are all good too, although I would recommend renovating the sauna's part as it seems outdated, but overall really happy how many options you have. Breakfast is awesome! A lot of food choices! We are definitely going to come back :)
Only the sauna space feels outdated and like it's not working properly, but everything else was just perfect.
Otelde yalnızca 1 adet restoran var ve yemek seçenekleri çok kısıtlı. Bansko şehrindeki diğer restoranlara gidebilirsiniz. Ayrıca saat 22:00'de hem restorant hem de bar kapanıyor. Otelde yapacağınız hiç bir şey kalmıyor.
The property is good
We only have comment about the spa center - it was very loud and kids were running around. Children under 12 or 16 shouldn’t be allowed there so people can actually relax. We were missing the ice room and relaxed zone. Sauna with a view was a pleasant experience.
We’ve also booked a room with balcony but we were given the one without.
breakfast was ok, but the coffee is not good. The Spa is nice and the rooms are clean and good size.
The cleaning lady had entered the room before the time for the check out , so when we come back from a walk to pick our things and refresh before 12, our baggage was moved to the entrance door. Not OK at all!

The hotel is very stylish really awesome everything looks new and beautiful. The bed is the most comfortable i experienced. The pools are great. I liked the jacouzi outside with the view to the mountains. The breakfast is the best i had in bulgaris with a large choice of fresh pastries including 2 kinds of croissants and fresh bread you cut by yrself. The hotel feels more like a five star.
The big problem is how its built. Its built not in high (it has only 3 floors) but in wide so you have long corridors to walk and also many stairs. Our room was located very far. First there are a few stairs to the elevator (around 7) then along the corridor we had twice these 7 stairs to climb then a big door to.pass then another 7 stairs to go down then a big door to pass...and when you need to do these with suitcases it was difficult. Thats why i didnt give a 10. If you go out and forget something to take with you well youll have to do all this way back. So i recommend when you book to ask for a room near the elevator with as few steps as possible. Also you get lost easily . Because of all these corridors and doors it takes time to find ways to the different places in the hotel. Everything is complicated.
Also if you take the basic room although it is beautifull and i liked it very much it is quite small both the room and the bathroom.
Erg fijn hotel met goede faciliteiten. De sportschool was ruim genoeg en rustig. De sauna's waren ook heel fijn en het hotel heeft in de binnentuin konijnen en katten rondlopen! Het ontbijt was lekker en vers en de locatie was super. Je loopt zo de winkelstraten van Bansko in en de skilift is ook op loopafstand. Daarnaast was vooral het schoonmaakpersoneel erg vriendelijk.
