Overcharged two times on recent stays.
Everything was 10/10. Came in for my bday and I wet met with warmth. Will definately be booking this place again.
I loved everything.
The hotel is very clean as you would expect. Finding the actual lobby on the second floor was a little hard to find. The hotel breakfast buffet was good. We had drinks and food at the bar as well. It was good, but over priced. Room was very nice, clean, great bed, bathroom was large and clean. Nice TV. Overall nice hotel room.
$20 drinks at the bar was excessive. We spent $90 on a drink, a beer, a chicken sandwich and chips. Self park was $38. Downtown Dallas after dark is chaos and out of control. Cars racing everywhere, crazy homeless wandering around yelling at people for no reason, odor of marijuana everywhere. Reminded me of going to New Orleans. Not necessarily a reflection of the hotel but very typical of a blue run city nowadays. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend walking outside after dark unless you have your CCW.
I like how the valet was prompt and attentive. When you first walk to the lobby you smell a pleasant scent. All the staff were kind and helpful. The room was a nice size and it I like the robes and slippers!
The sliding door to the bathroom didn’t close all the way on the first night when it was fine during the day. Only one of the shower glass door opened
