Pros:

Loved the location and price.

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that the pool was closed when we got there but it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website or upon check in. It was over 100 degrees during our stay so the pool would have been nice to enjoy.

Double charged for my room
Pros:

The Room was clean

Cons:

I was charged twice for my room. When I arrived The receptionist said the payment (from booking.Com) did not go through/dropped off. would not even look at my email confirmation of payment that booking. Com had emailed me.

Try harder

The gentleman at the desk the second day we were there was nice.

Cons:

The lady at the desk when we arrived was not friendly or informative. We had to ask questions to get general information. There was no hand soap so we called the front desk and we were told to go get it from them. My co-worker worker got up at night to use the restroom and had to kill two little roaches that were crawling on the wall. The swimming pool was closed in the middle of summer. The television had a setting that divided the screen in half. We were in Sacramento for a convention which meant the hotel was booked. Breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m. We went down at 7:15 and there were already out of most of the items for breakfast such as yogurts, bread and fruit. Lastly, our rooms were next to the freeway so it was very noisy. I wish I could leave a better review but I hope this helps.

Not bad for the price
Pros:

The room was a decent size and it was clean

Cons:

Itj wasn't bad the vanity light wouldn't turn off and when I called the front desk to ask about it, all I could do was offer me a room switch. We were already in our nightgowns and was not available to switch like that. And I still have not received my deposit Covenant is now been 4 days.

Pros:

Good location, good price, friendly staff, was good for a short stay.

Cons:

The AC unit is a monoblock so the noisy part is inside. It was not clean. The pool was closed. The bread run out after one hour at the breakfast. There was not enough tables in the breakfast area.

The deposit is never returned. They always come up with a bogus excuse. Also, you’re expected to do house keeping’s job before you leave the room such as trash removal
