Donot rent list
Pros:

Staff member kind and helpful with a smile

Cons:

I wanted to stay another night the staff member on duty told me that I was on the donot rent list because my guest lost some items during our last stay and wasn't happy and was rude to the staff member on duty it wasn't my fault although I won't return to that location any more I was a vip the bed was too high off the floor
