A good accommodation with all necessities checked
Pros:

Amenities, check in, breakfast, basically all core things were covered

Cons:

The unit wasn't clean. I don't know why, but the floor was dirty, there was black hair in the bathtub, but I can't really complain much.
The worst thing was the quietness. The train passes somewhere near pretty often, and its horn is clearly heard in the room. I had to use my earplugs with ANC to sleep better, they helped a lot.

Good but Can Still be Better :)

Breakfast was ok. Staff were great. Especially the one during check-in. He was helpful.

Cons:

I think more chairs and tables could be added on breakfast dusring weekends due to more guests. I was eating on the couch at the lobby and it was not so comfortable. Also the bed on my room has a squeeking sound, I think because of the springs. Also, I found some water bottles on the grass with faded labels. I think they were there for a long time already. Do you have groundskeeping that takes care of the trash within the area. Also that time, there was a wind alert. Lots of tree branches were on the pathways, and nobody from the property was clearing them yet. I helped put them away for others' safety.

Enjoyed our stay.

Close to where I needed to go. My daughters enjoyed the breakfast. Room smelt clean when I went into the room. Nice layout.Had a pool.

Pool did not have a designated place to get in.
