Szacunek dla Pani z recepcji pozdrawiam ten zmęczony po długiej podróży

Chciałbym żeby dyrekcja obiektu doceniła Panią Tanitę która była w tym dniu na recepcji za profesjonalizm i empatię bo dzięki niej kolejny raz przyjedziemy do tego hotelu i będziemy polecać innym znajomym .Jechaliśmy samochodem ponad 20 godzin i przyjechaliśmy po godzinie 12 doba zaczynała się o 14 ale poprosiłem o wcześniejsze zameldowanie bo byłem zmęczony i ledwo widziałem na oczy co w innych Czeskich hotelach jest problemem a tutaj Pani Tanita zaproponowała gdy tylko będzie dostępny pokój zadzwoni do mnie i zamelduje nas .Za parę minut pokój był gotowy nie dopłaciliśmy za tą usługę ani korony i dodatkowo dostaliśmy najlepszy pokój bez dopłaty żebyśmy mogli dobrze odpocząć po podróży .Takie osoby jak ta Pani powinny być doceniane bo dzięki takim pracownikom to miejsce się rozwija i zadowoleni klienci wracają .
My osobiście jak przyjedziemy kolejny raz docenimy tą Panią chociażby jakąś czekoladką bo teraz nie maiłem nic przy sobie a naprawdę zasługuje W innych czeskich hotelach zameldować się 30 minut wcześniej graniczy z cudem chociaż tego nie rozumię jak jest wolny pokój żeby sobie nie zrobić dobrej opinii, nie raz ta godzina ma duże znaczenie jak jest się po długiej podróży .Cały personel zasługuje na 6 również Pani na śniadaniu mówiąca po Polsku chyba polka Z takiej ekipy można być dumnym .

Do chwili kiedy to piszę czyli 5 dni po pobycie nie oddano depozytu ,mam nadzieję że lada chwila wpłynie na konto ale to chyba trochę długo żeby sprawdzić pokój ,barek i oddać pieniądze bo takie coś robi się przy sprzątaniu ,to jedyny minus który można poprawić zawsze trwało to kilka godziny po opuszczeniu hotelu a tutaj już kolejny dzień .Tylko do tego się mogę doczepić

Great in every way
Pros:

We are staying at the hotel twice a year , 2 or 3 nights . We have never been disappointed. Very family friendly, our little one feels like a king there , great kids corner just next to restaurant. Great location, parking just opposite the hotel, stuff absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful, room very clean and the breakfast was very tasty and a lots of choice. Thank you. We will be back soon 🫠🫠🫠

Stylové ubytování
Pros:

Na recepci nás přivítala velmi milá recepční Tanyta. Díky ní jsme dostali veškeré informace jasně a přehledně a její přátelské a milé vystupování v nás zanechalo hluboký dojem. Pokoj byl čistý a perfektně připravený. Výběr polštářů pro kvalitní spánek nám udělal radost a přispěl ke kvalitnímu odpočinku po náročném dni. Elektricky ovládané zatahování žaluzií bylo milým překvapením a po počátečních nezdárných pokusech jsme se časem vypořádali i s druhým dálkovým ovladačem na led pásek v koupelně :-). Pobyt v tomto hotelu byl příjemný a doporučuji jej.

Cons:

Vstupní hala vlivem černé barvy výmalby působní ponurým a temným dojmem, ale zas je to velmi designové. Je to spíš otázka vkusu každého hosta ;-).

Dicht bij het centrum van Liberec. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt had ruime keuze.

Cons:

Er waren lactosevrije producten aanwezig (top), maar een aantal ervan leken precies al slecht.
