Pros:

Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Pokój był wyjątkowo czysty, łóżko bardzo wygodne, a dodatkowym atutem było menu poduszek, które pozwoliło idealnie dopasować komfort snu. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne i różnorodne — każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Szczególne podziękowania dla Anny z recepcji za życzliwość, profesjonalizm i bardzo miłą obsługę.

Pros:

Good location - close to train station, and on a tram line, and only a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Hotel staff very welcoming and breakfast was good. Had a meal in the restaurant one evening and again, food was good.

Cons:

Tables for breakfast too close together, not enough privacy. The food stations were a bit haphazardly arranged, meaning you were going backwards and forwards trying to find stuff - not a relaxing start to the day. Rooms a bit on the small side - all a bit cramped and nowhere to put cases etc.

Lokalizacja ok personel hotelu miły

Cons:

Zacznę od pokoju dźwiękoszczelności to porażka wielka szpara między futryną a skrzydłem skutkowało że wszystkie dźwięki z korytarza dostawały się do pokoju i te zapachy z kuchni cały czas czuliśmy się jak byśmy byli w kuchni zapach frytury, następnie restauracja zamówiliśmy stolik i poszliśmy na kolację po wejściu do sierocka kelner wskazał nam stolik i przyniósł karty i to tyle zainteresowania przez 20 min żadnej reakcji chociaż gości nie było ewidentnie nas lekceważył więc po 20 min opuściliśmy restaurację i udaliśmy się do innej gdzie nas profesjonalnie obsłużyli tak że nie polecam restauracji złoty kogut

If I return to Liberec we will definitely book again this hotel🤩
Pros:

Fantastic reception staff Eliska, Tina and Tanita,The breakfast is great for the size of hotel, it gets busy but we always had a table and great choice of food. The pizza was amazing and great for room service. We received a free bottle Prosecco on arrival and departure with a personal good bye from the hotel manager. We had room 517 and my toddler was enjoying watching the trams go by from the window.

Cons:

Great location only 10 minutes walk to main square and 15 minutes by tram to the zoo and tourists spots.

Hotel se nachází v dobré lokalitě blízko od autobusového nádraží. Pokoj byl čistý a velmi dobře vybavený. Snídaně byly nadprůměrné a obecný zážitek z pobytu byl skvělý. Velmi doporučuji tento hotel. Hledal jsem ubytování, které by mělo dobrý poměr cena/výkon a toho ubytování to přesně splnilo.
