We enjoyed our time here. The hotel is homey and perfect for our short stay.
Pros:

The location is great. Love walking around the surrounding areas. Plus, we like being able to come back mid-day to relax before going out in the evening again. The room is very clean and has all the basic needs.

Cons:

The bed is comfy, but it may be slightly stiffer for side sleepers.

Great hotel with history in a fab location
Pros:

A very welcoming room in a great location. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a lovely view towards the Fairmont hotel and river. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Perfecto para conocer la ciudad
Pros:

La ubicación era perfecta para conocer el casco antiguo de la ciudad a pie, paseando.
Llegamos temprano por la mañana y nos dieron la habitación sin problema, aunque era temprano para el check-in y pudimos dejar las maletas durante el día de salida hasta la tarde.
Hay restaurantes cerca.

Cons:

No es que no nos gustara, pero si a tomar en cuenta para personas con problemas de movilidad. La escalera a las plantas de arriba es un tanto estrecha y empinada. Para nosotros no fue problema, pero quizá si para pueda serlo para cargar equipaje o simplemente subir. Hay habitaciones en la planta de entrada…

Fabulous hotel and location
Pros:

Location was spectacular. Of course parking is tricky but that's the price you pay for being so close to the Chateau and it's boardwalk. I am not sure what this box means by breakfast as I did now kow there was a breakfast.

Cons:

I had room number 8 which is nice and spacious. The bed was huge and compfortable. The rock wall is very charming. The bathroom is very clean and well maintained and the bonus kitchenette is quite nice. The only thing is that room #8 has no view at all as it looks out to the back of the building and to the back of all the other buildings. Other than the view the hotel was great.

Lovely place near the centre of town.
Pros:

Cool older building with a fun vibe. Nice and clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room did not have a kettle which would have been nice. Also would have been nice if the windows opened.

Good value for perfect location. Walk everywhere.
Pros:

Fantastic location! Rooms were large, comfortable with adjustable AC and heat, small fridge, nespresso and tea, as well as a microwave in lobby and electric kettle available. Charming older building, a bit shabby but clean. Great view of Chateau Frontenac and river from our 2 rooms.

Cons:

Very small but manageable bathrooms. My friend’s bed was uncomfortable.
