Нам с мужем очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле. Прекрасное месторасположение в самом центре города, 2 минуты от пляжа и хороших ресторанов, вкусные завтраки, приветливый персонал, чистота и уют, а вид на море из номера- ошеломляющий!

Our most dissapointing stay in Crete
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

We booked and paid for a room overlooking the sea. We checked in, went up to the room and realised that it was one (it looked into a central courtyard with drain pipes and a loud childrens' party going on downstairs). We went downstairs to correct this but the lady said that they made a mistake and gave someone else our room so the only thing they could do is to give us a 20% discount. This spoiled our afternoon and evening as we were really excited.

Then when we used the shower, we struggled because one half of the shower door was missing. We also didn't have any warm water. We decided to pack up as early as possible and leave. We rather skipped the breakfast. We did receive the 20% refund.

The lady at reception this time told us that we could actually not get the room because a tourist broke the door. Half the shower door was gone because tourists prefer it that way.

Perhaps other visitors might have had a different experience, but to us it felt like we were placed in a storage room.

It might sound silly to some but after seeing the photos and imagining you and your partner sitting there, sipping wine a watching the sunset to end off a three day road trip, it really spoils everything.

Agios Nicolaos est une jolie ville. Dommage que d'énormes navires de croisière y accostent.
Pros:

Emplacement agréable. Vue sur la mer et pas trop loin du centre. Proche de nombreux restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est bien.

Cons:

L' hôtel et ses équipements dont la salle de bains sont vétustes. Le bâtiment est très bruyant. Il n'est pas isolé phoniquement. On entend les voisins de chambre dans tout ce qu'ils font: chasse d'eau, discussions, ronflements...

Für 2-3 Nächte ok, aber nicht länger.
Pros:

Die Lage! Vom Hotel aus, hat man alles in der Altstadt innerhalb von 5-15min zu Fuß erreicht.Ich hatte meinen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht klein und auch nicht sehr modern. Der ein oder andere Fleck ist an der Wand/Tür. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, ich konnte meinen Zimmernachbarn schnarchen hören, sowohl als auch deren Gespräche. Das Frühstück war mehr als „übersichtlich“ ,wenig Auswahl. Nichts für Veganer/jegliche andere Intoleranzen. Keine Ahnung ob das in der Hauptsaison anders ist. Der Frühstücksraum selbst ist winzig und nicht so einladend. Parken ist sicher ein Glücksthema in der Hochsaison.

Très belle vue sur mer, très bon accueil, personnel très disponible.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, vue sur mer très appréciable. Personnel très agréable. Parking gratuit et de nombreux petits restaurants de qualité à proximité. Petit déjeuner correct.

Für eine Nacht super
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und sehr zentral. Parken geht vor dem Hotel an der Straße oder auf dem großen Parkplatz weiter unten. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hatte einen schönen Balkon.

Cons:

Die Betten sind leider sehr schlecht und die Matratzen sehr hart. Wir hatten einen kleinen Kampf mit der Klimaanlage.
