La habitación estaba llena de cucarachas, hasta el punto que se empezaron a meter en mi maleta. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación. El staff fue muy amable y me dio otra habitación pero también habían cucarachas, aunque menos. El hotel requiere una fumigacion urgente

Pros:

The staff if had to put anything. The girls at the reception were very friendly.

Cons:

Everything else. It was disgusting and full of safety hazards. Broken floors, dirty mattresses, mold on the walls.. Stay far away. I now understand why they have a no refund policy. This is unacceptable especially for the executive suite room, or any room for that matter.
