Pros:

Pleasant two-night stay. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and an excellent location close to the park and city square. The food was generally very good. Would recommend.

Pros:

Отлично местоположение. Усмихнат и отзивчив персонал.

Cons:

Паркингът не е съобразен с капацитета на хотела. Банята изглежда изключително мръсна, а всъщност и стара и износена. Лошо впечатление направи почистването - 2 дни не ни изхвърлиха кофата за боклук. Вечерята е от 19.00 до 21.00 часа. В 20.00 повечето храна е свършила и не се зарежда нова. Машината за сокове работи само на закуска. Цените на напитките в ресторанта и лоби бара не отговарят на нивото на хотела. Чаша вино от кутия и студен чай - 10 евро.

Pros:

Обсановката в Хотела е цена-качество. Не трябва да имате големи очаквания.  Въпреки ,че е 22 май, времето е студено и вали дъжд. Хотела е с парно , при този студ едва пуснаха парното , почти не се усещаше. Храната ,няма голям избор и беше еднообразна за 3 нощувки ,много обикновенна .В стаята има една странна миризма, все едно си в болница, най -вероятно от препаратите или от мокета е. Напитките от бара са на самообслужване.  При храненето един едричък господин и един друг от персонала, не е нормално да си пълнят чиниите от блок масите и да влизат с тях  към кухнята и дори единят напрово с ръка си слагаше в чинията . Вратата им стои отворена и от тях се чува геролтията . Малко му са много звездите на този хотел.

Pros:

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.Aşçı İvan kesinlikle sizi aç bırakmaz büyük ve lezzetli porsiyonlarla önce gözünüz sonra karnınız doyuyor.

Cons:

Otele sezonunda gitmediğimiz için havuzda belli saatlerde çocuklara özel ders veriliyordu.Bu havuza girmeyi biraz güçleştiriyor. Ama yüzme hocası rahatsız etmemek için çok uğraşıyor.
