The hotel doesn't meet the 4star standard at all. I don't recommend it.
Pros:

The base is nice, the rooms are big, but the furniture is old and the wardrobes smell terrible. There is a nice indoor park with benches and parking for cars. The location is good, just a few minutes from the central square.

Cons:

The rooms need serious renovation. The door to our bedroom had a hole. Also, the air conditioners were not working, and it was 34 degrees outside. We had a fan in the room, probably with the idea of ​​using it for cooling. This is absolutely unacceptable, in a 4 star hotel without air conditioning - with a fan!!!! During our 5 day stay, the problem was not fixed. As far as I understood from other guests, they also had a problem with non-working air conditioners.
The food is also not good, we had a HB package, but after the first day we didn't visit either the breakfast or the dinner.

Good location

Cons:

It is dated and there was no AC. It was hot like hell in the room. Also the room was too small for three people. My son slept on the floor and he got sick in the morning.

If you are on a tight budget.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Very quiet. Nice indoors pool. Cute garden. Dinners were decent based on occupancy. I guess there will be more variety during high season.

Cons:

Terrible breakfast. Some fried eggs and bacon would make a huge difference. Coffee machine horrible, too much water, almost no coffee. No wine for dinner, this needs improvement. Even a cheap wine would make a huge difference.

Klimalar çalışmiyor, resepsiyona bildirdik 3 kişi gelip biraz kurcaladı olmadı deyip gittiler,odaların pençereleri eski ve ses geçiriyor uyumak mümkün değil yemekler kötü
Çeşit yok, zaten ilk akşam bir rus turist isyan ederek yuksek sesle “ bana aşçıyı çağrın dedi”10 dakika sonra masasına bir kaç bira göndererek susturdular,kısacası verdiğimiz paraya geğemedi

Pros:

Единствено басейна и сауната бяха добре.

Cons:

Персонала е много неприветлив, храната е под всякаква критика. Бяхме с пакет включени закуска и вечеря на блок маса, но храната на вечеря беше доста незадоволителна. Пробвахме много неща( суджук, риба, зеленчуци, картофи, спагети),но нищо не ни хареса.
Наложи се да търся някой от персонала да питам дали може да си поръчаме нещо странично от това,което е на блок масата, но казаха,че няма как да стане.
В стаята имаше два разтегателни дивана за двете ни деца- единият беше счупен, а в банята слушалката на душа не можеше да се задържи на стойката.
При напускане на хотела дори не ни попитаха как е минал престоят ни.
Крайно разочаровани сме. Не бихме повторили.
