Ήταν καθαρά εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό και το πρωινό καλό

Δεν λειτουργούσε το σώμα καλοριφέρ στο μπάνιο ούτε στο δωμάτιο. Ο άνθρωπος που ήταν στη ρεσεψιόν δεν μιλούσε αγγλικά μόνο βουλγαρικά και δεν μπορούσαμε να συνεννοηθούμε, το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό , ήταν εξυπηρετικοί και μιλούσαν αγγλικά

Η διαμονή ήταν ικανοποιητική, το σημαντικότερο πρόβλημα ήταν η θέρμανση στο δωμάτιο
Pros:

Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικό. Ο κύριος που ήταν μόνο το βράδυ δεν γνώριζε αγγλικά με αποτέλεσμα να τον ρωτάμε κάτι και να μην είναι σε θέση να μας απαντήσει,μας μιλούσε μόνο βουλγαρικά.Ηταν πολύ καθαρά τα δωμάτια και όλοι οι χώροι. Το πρωινό ήταν ωραίο, το δείπνο δεν υπήρχε ενώ μας είχαν πει ότι θα είναι 19:00-21:00 στη κεντρική αίθουσα όπου σερβίρεται και το πρωινό,δεν υπήρχε.

Στο δωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε το σώμα του καλοριφέρ το ανέφερα στον κύριο που ήταν το βράδυ στη ρεσεψιόν , αλλά δεν μπορέσαμε να συνεννοηθούμε επειδή μιλούσε μόνο βουλγαρικά, με αποτέλεσμα να έχει αρκετό κρύο στο δωμάτιο, ευτυχώς υπήρχε κουβέρτα δεύτερη στη ντουλαπα.
