Pros:

Staff are under stress 😩 nobody is smiling there even tip them 400rs. They reminder me about bandua majdoor.

Cons:

Felt like boarding school.where everyone is in serious mode. Its stressful stay.

We stayed for two nights and staff helped us in every way, we felt we were in a safe place.
Pros:

All the staff were very good in every way, our room was cleaned, clean towels were provided every day, the breakfast had good choices and the service was good as well.

Cons:

We were charged for taxi service to the airport which we thought was not right as we have stayed at a cheaper rated hotel in the past and the taxi service was free.
Even though there was a lot of choices to eat at the hotel restaurant we felt that the standard was a bit low.

Perfectly convenient to the airport. Great facilities
Pros:

Everything! Staff were helpful, the location, less than 10 minutes to international terminal, and a bit longer to domestic terminal.
The breakfast was great, everything you could want- definitely recommend.
Staff even helped us call an Ola, when our uber was not working.
Well worth the money.
Also the drinking water at reception was great

Please save your time and hassle & spend a fraction more and get a recognised western hotel near by and save yoursel
Pros:

Restaurant on the top of the hotel.

Cons:

Bird poo & dead bird around pool area. Filthy bathroom. Awful mattress.
Spend a little more & get a recognised western brand hotel.

Super value close to airport
Pros:

Extraordinary value and authentic Indian hospitality.
Don’t expect the Westin when you’re not paying Westin rates.
Do expect warmth and kindness.

Cons:

Pros:

The area itself is good, next to airport and metro.
Bustling area.
Timely cleaning of the rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

All the amenities are so old and not updated.
The bathroom taps, faucets are worn out.
The soap dispensers aren't even washed and changed properly. The management has to look into this.

The swimming pool is not maintained properly.
Pigeons keep coming and the feathers and poop are all around. It could be better maintained.

For the price we are paying- these should be addressed.
