Pros:

Very good breakfast, close to a lot of things

Cons:

The room wasn’t that clean, especially the sheets and the bathroom. The staff isn’t the friendliest.

Cons:

On a réussi à nous voler des effets personnels d’une valeur de 130 € au sein même de l'hôtel. Le personnel me signale qu’il n'y a pas de caméras de surveillance et me rappelle qu’ils ne sont pas responsables de ce qu’il s’est passé. Pour le désagrément, on m’offre simplement une boisson.

Mickey waffles for complimentary breakfast!!
Pros:

First time staying off Disney property, I was grateful for location in close proximity to parks, and the magic of getting Mikey waffles, eggs and bacon free with stay, PRICELESS!! I’ll be back- thank you

Employees at front desk, just ok/ however, Employees running breakfast were so friendly- very courteous.

Perfect location and stunning hotel
Pros:

Super friendly staff and such a gorgeous clean hotel! Perfect location and the pool area is just wonderful. Free shuttles are an amazing bonus!

Cons:

There was the occasional day where they switched out American bacon for slices of ham at breakfast but besides that everything else was perfect!

Rooms were ok just inconvience of having to move rooms and not clean sheets. Nice pool and good breakfast

Cons:

We had a roof leak at like 1:30 in the morning and had to move all our stuff in the middle of the night. Our new room had a little smell to it. When they made our sheets it had some stains on it.

Pros:

Me sorprendio la variedad en el desayuno, la amabilidad de los empleaados del area del desayuno, y el que hablaron español, toda la comida con buen sabor. Supero nuestras expectativas el que tuvieran los famosos waffles de Mickey, un pluss para niños y adultos. La limpieza es excepcional, todo el hotel esta muy cuidado, las habitaciones y todos los espacios super comodos, buen olor, buena decoracion. El area de la pisicina es hermosa y grande, mi niño lo disfruto mucho. De verdad quedamos encantados con el hotel. Hace mucho tiempo que no habia encontrado un hotel accesible pero que me sintiera en la comodidad y limpieza de uno de lujo. Muchas Gracias.
