Pool area and outdoor bar/restaurant were nice. Clean rooms, free breakfast, very nice staff, great location, decent food.

Cons:

Had to pay extra for parking and the were not the most comfortable. Would love to have had a balcony attached to room.

I would not recommend this hotel
Pros:

The distance to Disney was not bad.

Cons:

I paid for a firework hotel room and did not receive it. There was a tree blocking the fireworks.. it was not clean. You could see hairs and things around the edge of the bed. And The room had a funny smell to it.

Would book again. Space and price made it worth it.
Pros:

Very close to our destinations.

Cons:

There were certain hallways where the AC felt it wasn’t working. Felt muggy but wouldn’t deter me from going again as long as my room had comfortable AC. Also, my room keys didn’t open the outside doors most of the time and I had to walk around to the main entrance which I thought was an inconvenience.

Great room. Great price
Pros:

I've stayed here twice now. Last year for Disney & this year for Universal. It was about 10 minutes from Disney, but about 25 from Universal. I could've found a closer room, but I wasn't sure I could find a better one. The rooms are big, beds are comfy, people are friendly & helpful, food is good, pool & hot tub are awesome & it's a good location.

Everything, especially the POOL AREA!! The paddleball was an added bonus, the family loved it!!! Also the fireworks & the Mickey waffles!! The breakfast muffins were really good too!

Cons:

The only negative thing was the handle on the bathroom door was broke, but everything else was AWESOME!!!
