Needs an improvement.
Pros:

The hotel is at walk-able distance from Central Bus stand and metro but the facilities and hygiene is zero.

Cons:

You are welcomed with cockroaches to the room and a broken drain in the was basin.
There was no hot water available when being asked the staff had no answer.
Basic toiletries like dental kit was missing however soap and shampoo was provided.
I would say Hotel was not up to the mark what they have marketed as a 3 star property.
