Pros:

Nice small hotel in a nice place.
And very welcoming staff.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a small mirror in the bathroom. And at least one towel hook too!

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist es top! Gut gelegen, gemütliche und saubere Betten. Frühstück ist ausreichend. Komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Einerseits ist es schön und bewundernswert, dass der Inhaber so vielen Katzen ein Zuhause gibt. Diese heulen manchmal in der Nacht und kann störend sein. Aber ansonsten finde ich es ganz ok.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr gut, nur ein Mitarbeiter verhielt sich respektlos.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, riechen angenehm und sind sauber. Die Hotellobby riecht jedoch furchtbar nach Tieren. Katzen sind überall, auf den Tischen und im gesamten Hotelbereich. Deshalb können wir dort nicht mehr frühstücken gehen, da ich eine Tierhaarallergie habe.

A nice accommodation in Balat
Pros:

The hotel is more like a guest house. The energy in this accommodation was really good. The owner knows English very well, and he is such a good-hearted person. The lady who prepared the breakfast was ADORABLE. And the breakfast was varied, big, and delicious. There are adorable cats in this hotel, and they are silent and playful.

The internet was fast, the location was good, near good local restaurants with good prices, and a 3-minute walk to Posa Specialty Coffee Roastery.

The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean, and the room was clean. The bathroom was nice also.

Don't expect 5 stars or luxury, expect good energy, nice vibes, an amazing owner, and friendly staff.

There was a link at the sink, but this can be fixed, and didn't bother us. Be aware that there is a mosque nearby, and around 4:30 a.m., there is a prayer. Bring earplugs, and you will be fine.

Приветливый персонал. Нужно быть готовым к тому, что кошки обитают прям с ресепшена. Ходят по диванам и присутствие шерсти . Рядом ( в зданиях по соседству) как минимум 2 мечети. Спать придется с перерывами тк громкоговоритель начинает вещать с 4.30 утра примерно... Звукоизоляция слабая

Слабая звукоизоляция. Пахнет кошками при входе в гостиницу.

A lovely experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and even helped us carry our suitcases up to the room, which we really appreciated. They were very kind and attentive throughout our stay.

We also loved the charming cats and dogs on the property, made the atmosphere even more cozy.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Balat district, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

Overall, a lovely experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to others!

Alles bestens. Erwartungen übertroffen. Für den Preis ganz tolle Leistung.
Pros:

Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal.
Tolles Frühstück, gesund, vielfältig und vollkommen ausreichend.
Nur 200 Mter von der nächsten Tram entfernt, dann 3 Stationen bis zur Galata-Brücke.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug. (Schwere) Koffer schleppen durch das schmale Treppenhaus.
