They offered an upgrade for our stay and the room was perfect. The receiptionist are also friendly and helpful.
Drinking water can be more generous.
The area is convenient.
Usually it was a good experience, however the last stay we had was quite unpleasant - the room smells, the ants could be seen almost every where also on top of the desk, the floor, the entrance area, the TV could not be turned on. The receptionists somehow seem clueless :-(

Breakfast was good. And the room is spacious.
I stay at RA Simatupang regularly when I am in Jakarta.
There has been alot of changes, starting with the restaurant and food. Its 100% improved. New Year's excellent food and event.
Staff are always wonderful from when you walk in to when you leave.
My only issue, the aircond thermostats still not working, but I'm sure it will be addressed as the management are improving everything.
A lovely place to stay, good value for money, restaurant, entertainment, good facilities and lovely people.
Will remain on my list of places to stay.

The room is spacious and undeniably comfy. I really enjoy my stay here. The staff are very helpful too! However, the internet seemed to get troubled at my second night. I like the surrounding area as I can explore by walking or cycling (they provide bike rent!). I can't wait to go back!
I’ve been on a business trip here for the past 45 days, and I must say, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the service and hospitality. The staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful – a special shoutout to Lita, Asti, Fita, Sabrina, Jennifer, Dila, Deva, Olivia, and Kayla. Their warm smiles and welcoming nature have made my stay truly enjoyable.

Best and recommended hotel arround south jakarta. Close to MRT and so many restaurant near hotel. Must stay in here if u want to stay in South Jakarta! And the cafe so much delicious! Dont forget, Mrs Okta so much helpfull in pool area
Pengalaman saya yg luar biasa dpt menginap selama 2 malam di Hotel Ra Premiere Simatupang. Hotelnya nyaman, cozy, suasananya hangat dan tenang. Saya suka dg fasilitas "meja kerja" di dalam room. Special thanks to Ms. Shabrina for your sweet and warm smile, your excellent service, and for upgrading my room at my second night. It was so great to stay at 19th floor so I could enjoy the beauty of the city. I will happily stay at Ra Premiere Simatupang hotel during my next time visit to Jakarta and will also recommend it to my friends and colleagues. Oh ya...I enjoyed the menu at the Rumangsa cafe, I asked the waitress whether I could bring the fresh water bottle back home as a souvenir, and I did it. Thank u.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. Loved the comfy bed and the view from the window was breathtaking.
