Pros:

Номер був простоним, чистим. В номері є кухня з необхідним приладдям. Хоч ми приїхали в пізній час, але нас зустріли, поселили, ще й було місце на парковці поряд з помешканням.

Să nu mergeți la acest hotel! Regret sincer alegerea făcută.
Am ajuns să plătesc produse și servicii care, conform ofertei, erau gratuite și incluse în pachet, iar factura solicitată nu mi-a fost emisă nici după 6 săptămâni. Când am semnalat problema, nu am găsit nicio disponibilitate reală de a o remedia.
Mi-ar fi fost suficient să văd un minim efort: un voucher în valoarea sumelor plătite pe nedrept sau orice alt gest care să arate bună-credință. Dacă aș fi revenit sau nu, ar fi fost alegerea mea. Însă aș fi simțit că cineva încearcă să repare greșeala.
În schimb, am primit doar răspunsuri seci, impersonale și lipsite de empatie, care mi-au lăsat senzația unui singur mesaj: „Țeapă vouă, bravo nouă!”
Între camerele învechite, serviciile de care nu m-am putut bucura și pierderile financiare suferite, am plecat profund dezamăgită și cu sentimentul că am fost furată.

Готель чистенький, ліжка зручні.

Cons:

При бронюванні я поцікавилася чи є парковка. Персонал відповів, що є, але не попередив, що вона платна. При заселенні довелося додаткову оплачувати за паркування авто просто на вулиці.

Liebe Receptionistin: Freundlichkeit klingt anders. Zuzahlen für Übernachtung und Parkplatz 7 € was das Preis Leistungsverhältnis absolut unattraktiv macht. Keine Klimaanlage. Abseits von allem gelegen. Im Zentrum ist der Parkplatz ab 20 Uhr bis morgens 8 gratis.... im Hotel nicht....
