Pros:

Hotel Park est bien situé, au calme et proche du tram. Bonne isolation et bonne literie.

Cons:

Le manque d'accueil, le manque de soin dans l'entretien ( lits non refaits et serviettes de toilettes en nombre insuffisant), pas de lampe de chevet pour le 3ème lit.v

Pros:

Unkompliziertes und freundliches Personal.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber ausreichend.
Sonst war alles zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Fenster war zum Innenhof zu öffnen.

Cons:

Das Bad war so winzig und eng, dass ein Umziehen darin kaum möglich war.

מקום נחמד לשים ראש בסוף היום במחיר יחסית סביר ביחס למחירי המלונות באמסטרדם.
Pros:

המקום אירוח נמצא בסמוך לתחנת טראם ונוח להתנייד משם.
החדר היה נקי ותואם לתמונות סה״כ.
תמיד היו לנו מים חמים בכל שעה.
היה WiFi שעבד.

Cons:

הזרם מים מאוד חלש לא יכולתי לחפוף את השיער.
המעלית מאוד קטנה וצפופה, אין לובי מסודר.. יש בכניסה דלפק של כמטר וחצי ומיד לאחר מכן נכנסים למלון לאזור החדרים הכניסה מרגישה שזה מלונית ולא מלון.
לא שמו בקבוקי מים בחדר שזה בייסיק בכל מלון שיהיה מים נגישים בחדר או בלובי לפחות.. אחר כך שמנו לב שהיה בכניסה מתקן לרכישה ובקבוק מים קטן עלה כ3€ .. ואין בקרבה סופרמרקט יש מכולת קטנה וגם שם לא זול ונסגר מוקדם ב19:00 בערב!!
החלון שלנו יצא לכיוון הכביש ושומעים את התחבורה מי שרגיש לזה תקחו זאת בחשבון. הם שמים מגבת אחת גדולה ואחת קטנה לכל אורח ללא רזרבה וכאשר רצינו לחייג לבקש מגבות נוכחנו לגלות שאין טלפון בחדר.. זה בייסיק במלון שתהיה אפשרות לתקשר מול הקבלה מהחדר במידת הצורך.
המזרון והכריות לא היו נוחות אבל זה כבר טעם אישי כנראה.
כאשר הגענו למלון לא היה אף אחד בקבלה נאלצנו להמתין ולאחר פרק זמן מסוים פשוט שלחנו למלון הודעה דרך בוקינג ואז הגיעה נציגה.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. It is within walking distance to the centre and there are also a number of restaurants/cafes close by.
There is a tram stop right at the front door which can take you to the centre and Amsterdam Centraal station.
The staff were every welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Pequeño pero suficiente para solo dormir. Caro para lo que ofrece.
Pros:

Que te prestan paraguas si necesitas.
La ubicación no esta mal, a 15 minutos caminando de la parte comercial.

Cons:

Muy chico. Baño incomodo. Todo muy estrecho, calculo q todo Ámsterdam es asi. Cama muy blanda, se hunde bastante.
Precio excesivo para lo que es.
Acceso x escaleras al lobby de 1 m2
Ascensor diminuto.

Pros:

I signori alla reception erano disponibili, gentili, cordiali e soprattutto pronti a qualsiasi chiarimento

Cons:

Per quanto ho speso ho avuto una camera piccolissima al 4 piano, e soprattutto la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Onestamente per quanto abbiamo speso non valeva quei soldi, forse avremo potuto avere una camera diversa. Oltretutto la camera era una mansarda, dal letto se ti alzavi andavi a sbattere con la testa sotto al soffitto

Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, just off the centre, in a quiet leafy area, with plenty to do in it itself. The botanic gardens were down the street, and a few other things too.

Cons:

Unfortunately, some, not all of the staff, were just rude and short tempered. Before arriving in Amsterdam, one of us sprained an ankle and was wheelchair bound. We contacted the hotel and we were told that all the rooms were accessible by lift. To our surprise, you have to get through some 7 steps before you can get into the hotel and use the lifts. Furthermore, all the door thresholds had a big lip that was difficult to get over sometimes.

As the rooms were very small, normally not an issue, we asked if we could leave the wheelchair at the reception, which they agreed was a good idea. But a few days we’d come down and find the wheelchair has disappeared and moved to the room service room in the basement without any notice.

Other annoyances include having to pay a deposit for a second room card, despite there being 2 guests in the room and needing a card to turn the lights on. The access cards stop working every 2 or 3 days. And the photogenic attic rooms don’t show that the beds are tucked deep into the slop of the roofline that you can’t even sit in bed.

Hotel vecchio ma in una buona posizione
Pros:

L'albergo si trova in un'ottima posizione, poco lontana dal centro e dalla stazione centrale di Amsterdam (Noi ci abbiamo messo 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione). La fermata del tram è essattamente di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel, quindi comodo da raggiungere in ogni momento della giornata. Camera molto silenziosa, anche grazie al fatto che la finestra dava sul cortile interno e non sulla strada. Asciugamani e saponi inclusi. Aria condizionata. Sicuramente un buon prezzo rispetto la media degli altri hotel nella zona.

Cons:

Hotel vecchio. Stanza davvero piccola per una coppia, a differenza delle foto proposte sul sito di booking durante la prenotazione. Bagno in camera completo ma anche questo piccolo e claustrofobico. Letti molto morbidi ma personalmente li abbiamo trovati scomodi, ma questo credo sia una questione di gusti ed abitudini personali. Per chi volesse tenere delle bevande al fresco, non c'è un frigo nella stanza.
