Sehr gelungen die Lage und der Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend, es war angenehm ruhig und durch den Baum vor dem Fenster wunderbar kühl.
Die Straßenbahn hatte direkt vor dem Hotel eine Haltestelle .

Gute Lage in Zentrumnähe, unmittelbar an der Tram-Haltestation, saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal

Good location, easy to get around with trams.
Pros:

Very handy to trams, just outside the hotel. Also nice coffee shop close by.
Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Could hear people and trams at night.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Good for a short stay. We are a young couple and just needed a base to explore Amsterdam and get over jet lag. Good room. Decent bathroom even though it’s small. Friendly staff, and a functional lift which is rare in Amsterdam. Would stay here again as a young couple, maybe not as a family.

Cons:

Expensive for what it is. However in comparison to Amsterdam’s prices, it was reasonable. In saying this, over a 6 week Europe trip, this was our most expensive accommodation yet smallest. This is just the nature of Amsterdam accommodation.

For a budget stay in Amsterdam this easily exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Clean, tidy, attractive room, very helpful young lady on reception when we needed a recommendation for eating out. Quiet area at night.

Cons:

Tea cups should have been changed or washed for second night.

Niente.

Cons:

Pessima struttura per un 3 stelle. Peccano nella pulizia. Un micro bagno che non potevi neppure piegarti per lavare viso e denti. Letto e cuscini di uno scomodo assurdo. Sconsigliatissimo.

You sleep in this room not relax
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and bathroom was updated and clean. Has a lift, so no carrying suitcases. The location is great tram stops outside hotel. Nice quiet location within walking distance to centre.

Cons:

Room was dark and dingy. Terrace window/door was dirty and terrace was unkempt. The room we had was studio with terrace it was very small for two people with large suitcases. Towels are getting thin. The television colour is not right, needs replacing.
