On the first day, we arrived for breakfast an hour before it ended, but there was no food left. We literally had to beg for food. We thought it was just a bad mood of the girl at the reception, so we ignored it.
The real problem happened when we checked out. We forgot a men's summer suit in the wardrobe. We remembered it quickly and returned after a few hours. The same girl at the reception rudely told us that they found nothing. She refused to help.
I had to insist and demand to check the security cameras. Only after I threatened to call the police, she called the cleaner. After the third attempt, she finally brought out our suit. When I told her that she needs to be customer-oriented, she just insulted us.
As an entrepreneur, I travel a lot and I know the high cost of customer acquisition. This behavior kills your business. I am writing this to warn the owner: you need to save your business from this staff.
The only reason I do not give a 1-star rating is the man who works there. He replaces this girl sometimes, and he is very professional, helpful, and customer-oriented. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
