Equipe muito simpática e banheiros precisam melhorar.
Pros:

Gostei da limpeza e o atendimento da Ju foi maravilhoso! Menina muito simpática e gentil!

Cons:

Os banheiros precisam ser remodelados com urgência, o chuveiro quando posicionado fixo na parede jogava água fora do boxe e era necessário segurar o chuveirinho para tomar banho.

Me encantó la ubicacion del hotel, estás cerca de Sintra y de las playas. Zona tranquila y personal muy amable. Marta nos hizo el checkin y nos recomendo muchos sitios interesantes y buenos restaurantes. Volveremos!

Fijn verblijf als je richting Sintra gaat
Pros:

Fijne kamer met balkon.
Badkamer was aan de kleine kant maar de douche was goed, krachtige straal

Cons:

Wify in de kamer was niet zo goed. Telefoon schakelde regelmatig over naar 5G.

Pros:

Petit hôtel de charme très soigneusement décoré, nous avons adoré son style, le patio avec l'escalier central desservant les chambres tout autour du bâtiment ainsi que la décoration de la chambre.

Le personnel était très sympathique et réactif pour répondre à nos demandes dont je parlerai plus bas.

Le petit déjeuner vaut le détour, il était très bon et copieux.
Également la proximité avec les palais de Sintra et la station balnéaire de Praia das Maçãs.

Cons:

Malheureusement dès l'entrée dans la chambre nous avons constaté de gros problèmes d'humidité : murs cloqués (peinture et enduit qui se décolle) + odeur de moisi très présente et désagréable.

Souhaitant prendre une douche, nous avons constaté que l'eau était marron, nous avons prévenu la réception qui nous a indiqué qu'il fallait faire couler l'eau car la chambre n'avait pas été utilisée depuis longtemps. Effectivement au bout d'environ 30 minutes l'eau est revenue claire.

L'état de propreté de la chambre était aussi très décevant, beaucoup de poussière et de peluches au sol.

Ce manque d'entretien n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 3* et n'est pas en adéquation avec le prix payé pour cette nuit d'hôtel.
