Un’esperienza spiacevole, soprattutto al check-out

Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa al Dewan Hotel Bangkok.

L’aspetto più deludente del soggiorno è stato il comportamento dello staff: accoglienza poco cordiale e, in diverse occasioni, atteggiamenti che abbiamo trovato poco professionali e non adeguati a una struttura alberghiera.

L’episodio più spiacevole si è verificato al momento del check-out. Ci è stato richiesto un pagamento aggiuntivo per un telo da bagno che, secondo lo staff, sarebbe stato sporco. La cosa che ci ha lasciati ancora più perplessi è che la stessa identica richiesta è stata fatta anche alla famiglia che viaggiava insieme a noi.

Di fronte a questa situazione abbiamo discusso con il personale, contestando la richiesta. Alla fine, per evitare di prolungare ulteriormente una situazione già molto spiacevole, abbiamo preferito pagare quanto richiesto e andare via. Avevano una cauzione che si rifiutavano di restituire.

Ho viaggiato moltissimo, soggiornando in numerosi hotel e in diversi Paesi del mondo, e non mi era mai capitata un’esperienza simile. Il fatto che la stessa richiesta sia stata rivolta contemporaneamente anche ai nostri compagni di viaggio mi ha fatto sorgere seri dubbi su questo modo di gestire il check-out.

Peccato, perché un hotel non si giudica soltanto dalla camera o dalla posizione: accoglienza, professionalità e correttezza nei confronti degli ospiti sono altrettanto importanti.

Personalmente, dopo questa esperienza, non tornerei al Dewan Hotel Bangkok e non mi sento di consigliarlo.

Luide airco, slecht ontbijt en haar in het zwembad. Het haar werd wel geruimd nadat het gemeld werd.

La struttura era in posizione discreta.

Cons:

La struttura era molto sporca, ma la cosa più fastidiosa e’ la tecnica da scammer che adottano. Eravamo due famiglie: al check in hanno chiesto soldi in contanti (non accettavano carte) a deposito per garanzia. Al momento del check out, hanno fatto una meticolosa verifica della camera, trovando per ciascuna famiglia un asciugamano sporco e chiedendo un pagamento extra, sotto la minaccia di trattenere l’ingente. La ridicola pantomima ci ha fatto inoltre perdere oltre venti minuti preziosi per l’aeroporto.
Insomma, un inganno collaudato.

Una buena elección
Pros:

Está super bien ubicado y, estando al lado de todos los restaurantes y del ambientillo de la zona, está en una calle super tranquila. Habitación muy grande y cama muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido pero se lo indicamos al personal (super amable) y nos cambiaron de habitación al momento y disculpándose. El desayuno correcto. Justo debajo hay un centro de masajes con amplio horario de apertura y por 10 euros puedes hacerte un masaje de 1 hora muy bueno, y siempre tienen disponibilidad. Para llegar puedes coger un Bolt desde el aeropuerto BKK por poco más de 10 euros, aunque el trayecto es de aproximadamente 1 hora. La piscina muy bien, con apertura hasta las 20h, ideal para darte un bañito después del masaje 🤭. Relación calidad-precio genial, muy recomendable.

Cons:

No es muy relevante, pero las cortinas dejaban pasar mucha luz por la mañana (amanece pronto). Las vistas bastante feas 🙃.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment super. Nous avons aimé la propreté, la piscine sur le toit avec une vue très sympa sur Bangkok...
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus mais nous l'avons pris en plus car il était très copieux pour un prix raisonnable. Très bon séjour. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.
