Pros:

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Schönes Urlaubshotel am Strand von Rethymno
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel und super Personal

Cons:

Die Straße ist Nachts etwas laut, die Fenster sind leider recht schalldurchlaessig.

Der Spabereich ist schön, aber Sauna und Dampfbad sind sehr teuer. Bei 5 Sternen sollte das inklusiv oder kleine Gebühr dabei sein.

Très bien situé, personnel de haute qualité.
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel très proche de la mer, sa grande piscine, son calme, sa propreté.
La gentillesse du personnel et son attention, sa disponibilité.
Les plats servis permettent d'avoir une nourriture végétarienne si on le désire.
Centre ville accessible facilement, mais hôtel à une distance suffisante pour bénéficier d'une atmosphère calme.
Un grand merci à TOUS, à Chrissi et Nikos qui nous ont accueilli à notre arrivée, à Katerina sur la plage...etc

Belle chambre, restaurant avec du choix et de bonne qualité. Un personnel souriant à l’écoute un super service.
Le spa très appréciable

Cons:

Les éclairages de sécurité un peut trop lumineux pour la nuit.

Nassbereich direkt, nur mit Milchglas als Sichtschutz im Schlafzimmer, gleichfalls Waschbecken. Muss man wollen:-((

Would definitely return!
Pros:

Amazing staff, amazing location!
Breakfast was incredible! Such a choice!
Immaculately clean everywhere.
Swimming pool looked amazing but weather wasn't conducive.
Everything was reasonably priced. Evening live DJ added some vibe to our chill out experience.
Perfect location for beach strolls and a walk to the old town.
Had a spacious balcony room which overlooked the sea. Simply perfect.

Very friendly staff, location right on the beach and walking distance to the old town and other restaurants

Cons:

the gym is quite small and needs a little tender loving care :) the sauna and steam room are expensive even if you kindly did offer guests a 20€ off each we could not go daily for sure on that budget with 4 of us

Tolles modernes Hotel in top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, nur durch eine Straße und man ist am Strand. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet mit einer wunderschönen Gartenlandschaft. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

Pros:

Ensemble du personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins, que ce soit le personnel de l'accueil, les bagagistes, les barmans, les serveurs du restaurant ou les femmes de ménage.
Restaurant également au top : grand choix de plats au petit déjeuner comme au dîner et tout est très bon. Nous avons également testé les plats à la carte et c'était parfait.
Le parking à disposition est également très pratique.

Cons:

Trois petits points d'amélioration :
- prévoir davantage de patères dans les chambres pour permettre de suspendre les serviettes de bain.
- un vrai jus d'orange au petit déjeuner serait apprécié
- nous aurions aimé que les plats soient parfois servis un peu plus chauds (mais c'est un avis très personnel !)
