Pros:

This is my second stay in this hotel and we were upgraded to the superior room with private pool, so excellent customer service from staff. In general, hotel has its privatw beach across the street, pretty close the Old town too. Fascilities are also great, pools in garden, spa, restaurants.... all that you might need. Highly recommended.

Der Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg!
Pros:

Das Hotelmanagement ist hervorragend – eines der besten, das ich je erlebt habe. Das Hotel verfügt über eine schöne, grüne, gepflegte und ruhige Anlage mit zwei grossen Pools für Erwachsene und einem Kinderbecken. Freie Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle stehen sowohl an den Pools als auch am Strand stets zur Verfügung. Der Strand befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel auf der anderen Strassenseite, wie es in Griechenland üblich ist. Am Abend ist es angenehm, einen 30-minütigen Spaziergang ins Zentrum von Rethymno entlang der Uferpromenade, die von kleinen Restaurants und Läden gesäumt ist, zu unternehmen.

Cons:

Die Küche ist überwiegend typisch griechisch; viele Gerichte werden in Teig gebacken oder frittiert; es gibt eine kleine Auswahl an Gerichten der internationalen Küche; es werden keine fettarmen Milchprodukte angeboten.

Pros:

Sauberes Hotel, mit guter Lage, Zimmer sind neuwertig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen, egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen wirklich sehr lecker! Nicht das „übliche“ Buffet-essen sondern eine leckere Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten. Der hoteleigene Strand ist zwar nicht der schönste aber auch nicht überfüllt und direkt vor dem Hotel. Allgemein waren sowohl am Strand sowie am Pool immer reichlich freie liegen vorhanden, und das in der Hauptsaison. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Rilassante vacanza - week off

Bellissima vacanza. La struttura è centrale, facile da raggiungere e dotata di un comodo parcheggio. La spiaggia privata rappresenta, senza dubbio, un plus. Il mare abbastanza bello. Servizi comodi. Prezzi ragionevoli. Il consiglio è di spostarsi verso il centro a piedi (dista circa 30 min a piedi).
Note di pregio a Nikos (forza Roma!!!), sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. E anche gli altri ragazzi super formidabili!

Cons:

Ci sono delle piccolezze per renderlo un cinque stelle a livello superiore, pur tenendo in considerazione che ha un ampio bacino di clientela: il cibo, la formula buffet viene incontro a diverse esigenze e gusti. Tuttavia, potrebbe essere più curata. Così come le piccole coccole (ad es, rifornimento capsule caffe).
