満足です。
Pros:

日本語のできるスタッフがいて助かりました。立地は最高で、ホテルも広々としてきれいで、スタッフの方も親切でした。早めにホテルに着いたのですが、チェックインも対応してくれ、早めに部屋に入ることができ助かりました。帰りのタクシーも出発の時間など相談に乗ってくれ予約もしてくださり、とても助かりました。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

Cons:

バスタブが大きくお湯が溜まるのに時間がかかること、構造上水漏れのような状態になるので、その点を改善していただけたら嬉しいです。

Would revisit in my next work trip!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and I loved how the TV had Netflix! My room also came with a bath tub - so this made it easy to unwind after a long day of meetings and work. The hotel is also located closely to many food options and to Sinnonhyeon station which I used frequently for travel - so this was very convenient. Lobby also helped me to secure a taxi whenever I needed the extra help. Overall, a great stay!

Cons:

Only downside is that there are no international plugs and there is no safe to store your valuable items.

I wonderful stay, i am glad i chose your hotel
Pros:

Room a bit small but it was nice, staff always came to clean my room. The bathroom was very nice. I order room service everyday and food was amazing

Pros:

3度目の利用です！とにかく江南エリアへのアクセスが抜群にいいのと、空港からのバスで行きやすいので利用してます。また韓国ホテルには珍しいウォシュレットつきです。

Cons:

枕に汚れと大きなほこりがついていて、おそらく床に置かれてたのかな、、と思いました。またスリッパが使い捨てじゃないのですが破れてて滑りました。

Pros:

You need to follow instruction to inform them before 11am for room cleaning service. One day we were late and went to front desk to tell them at noon and turns out no cleaning or changing towel when we back at night. But the front desk still helpful and arranged clean towels for us that night.
