Amazing front desk service from Julian!

Rude Manager of Front of House
Pros:

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the conduct of the front-of-house duty manager a man at Hotel Peyto.

I am now aware that food in the lobby not allowed he called my attention and I understand and respect the hotel’s policy that food is not allowed in the lobby. However, the manner in which this was communicated to me was completely unacceptable. The manager spoke to me rudely, raised his voice, pointed at me and made disrespectful facial expressions, and sprayed a scented product directly at me. Mr. Tony Lee is very rude even when we have apologized .

Such behavior is inappropriate for any hotel employee, especially a duty manager who is expected to demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and respect toward guests. I request that hotel management investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that no other guest is treated this way.

I would appreciate a formal response regarding how this matter will be addressed.

A very, very bad stay experience.
Pros:

Aside from its good location, nothing else is good.

Cons:

The bed was too small, the room was too small, the room smelled bad, and the internet was terrible—the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in Korea. The connection kept dropping out, and the speed was extremely slow.

地點方便對過馬路即可搭機巴士6103往返機場，樓下有7-11、旁邊麥當勞晚上買食物便利，步行可至現代百貨、COEX mall ，離三成站5號出口5分鐘，也可以穿過COEX到奉恩寺站搭9號地鐵（去KSPO聽演唱會很近），還算乾淨，唯一小缺點隔音效果不是太好
