Pros:

The spacious room was nice, having the terrace was a good view with the pool especially since the oriental restaurant was fully booked so could order to the room and enjoy the ambience. The nice welcome with the bday pillow case and cake was nice although they got the date one day early. We got late checkout. The bedding is really comfortable

Cons:

For the price of the deluxe pool room I would have expected no issues, However the bathroom did have a leak which they came to clean but it continued however we got free late check out for the inconvenience. We went to the Lucca restaurant for birthday dinner and my friend told them it's my bday but they charged us for the tiramisu that was sent to me like it was going to be part of the bday surprise so that was unwhelming as lots of people where celebrating other things would have expected better

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing, especially considering the amount I paid for my stay.

The furniture in the room appeared old and in need of updating, and the breakfast was below the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, I felt that the quality and service did not provide good value for the price.

I expected a much higher standard from a five-star property, and unfortunately, I left with a negative impression of my stay.

Als Messehotel gut und nah.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt. Nach 3 von 5 Nächten wurde mir abends dann ein neues Zimmer gegeben.
Da war die Klimaanlage nur sehr laut.
Das ganze Hotel sieht auf den ersten Blick sehr gut aus, jedoch bei näherem Hinschauen müsste dringend mal Geld in die Hand genommen werden.
Es sehr weit außerhalb und drum herum sehr viel Baustelle. Daher sehr viel Staub überall.
