Pros:

We spent the last two days at Kempinski Place Cairo. True Palace literally and in their services . We have been treated like royalty from check in and the wonderful room over looking the pool, the great breakfast leaving you wanting nothing extra. To great dinner served by chef Abu Zaid going out of his way to accommodate our needs . Great service and food quality. Many thanks also for looking after my mother who was not feeling well . Last but not least thanks to the great service by room service food& drinks quality and service especially. Abdel Rahman .

We had an unforgettable stay celebrating our anniversary. A huge thank you to Latifa from the Lady in Red team for making every detail so special. From the beautiful room decoration to organizing our romantic anniversary dinner, everything was perfectly arranged with warmth, care, and professionalism. She truly made our celebration one to remember.

A special thanks as well to Chef Tarek for the outstanding breakfast. The Maamoul, Shakshouka, and the entire breakfast selection were absolutely delicious and prepared to perfection. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had.

We also want to thank Mr. Islam, who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and supportive. His friendly hospitality made every breakfast enjoyable, comfortable, and full of positive energy.

The only suggestion for improvement would be some maintenance for the indoor pool. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we genuinely appreciate the exceptional service from the entire team. We look forward to coming back!
