Pros:

Marcelina at front desk was very helpful and did excellent work to celebrate birthday of my colleague

While the check in was very bad and room was not given as was booked and no one cared to return calls for change of room till half an hour to change 2 single bed room to kind size bed, till I came back to front desk to change my room

Mohammed in breakfast room was very cooperative and caring and took care of us very well for all 4 days

Worst experience humailted by all staff

Luxurious hotel with pool

Cons:

The whole staff where too rude and unprofessional, really demanding for tips also unhelpful when needed. NOT A SINGLE PERSON WORKING IN THE HOTEL WAS GOOD RATHER THEN HOUSEKEEPING.

Lovely stay with the kids
Pros:

The cleanlinness, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

There were a bit of mishaps, but nothing that wasn’t resolved so its all good.

More kids activities or programs would also be nice to have, the outdoor kids club could use a bit more toys or a treehouse. Just saying for the future
