Très agréable séjour

L'accueil, la propreté de la chambre, l'emplacement très pratique par rapport au centre historique

Cons:

La charcuterie au petit déjeuner mériterait sûrement d'être de meilleure qualité (même en augmentant un peu son tarif, il est à 8€).
Le matelas était un peu dur.
Le fait de ne pas pouvoir choisir de ne pas faire laver les serviettes de toilette (il y a habituellement dans les hôtels un petit mot dans la salle de bains du type : "Mettez au sol les serviettes qui doivent être lavées, pensons à la planète"). J'ai été surprise que tout ait été changé : papier toilettes, serviettes, produits de douche, ce n'est pas nécessaire pour 3 nuits. Merci vivement au personnel d'avoir respecté cela quand je leur ai demandé. A la direction de mettre cela en place !!

Un Hotel muy cómodo, cerca de la estación.
Pros:

Desde este Hotel me encantó el emplazamiento y el diseño de la recepción, así como mi habitación individual. Todo muy blanco y muy funcional. El baño perfecto, la cama correcta, y una mesa con una lámpara para trabajar. La decoración blanca muy correcta.

La posizione, la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio e il check in si può fare abbastanza presto, lo staff è cordiale e disponibile

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è penoso. Ho prenotato una camera singola e sembrava più un loculo, per un prezzo troppo esagerato per essere Pavia. Le immagini presumo siano di camere matrimoniali o di upgrade. Anche la colazione ha un rapporto qualità-prezzo bassino

Oltre le mie aspettative...
Pros:

Mi é piaciuto tutto!! La vicinanza sia alla Stazione (2 minuti a piedi) che al centro di Pavia che é bellissimo.... La struttura è più bella di quella che si vede nelle foto e pulitissima. Lo staff, dalla reception alle signore che puliscono le camere, tutti cordiali e disponibili...rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo... Insomma lo consiglio vivamente e appena avrò il piacere di ritornare a Pavia so già dove alloggeró.

Hotel fantasma!

Ho prenotato una “Camera matrimoniale superior” e mi sono ritrovata ad alloggiare in un palazzo accanto all’hotel, quindi ho prenotato e pagato per un hotel a 3 stelle ma mi sono ritrovata in una stanza d’appartamento! Tutto ciò è molto scorretto in quanto doveva essere specificato in fase di prenotazione che la mia stanza non si sarebbe trovata all’interno dell’hotel ma di un palazzo, ovviamente senza reception, caratteristica peculiare per chi prenota un hotel. Allego la foto del mio ingresso con hall inesistente. Ho chiesto subito spiegazioni al mio arrivo ma in reception mi hanno solo saputo dire che le stanze disponibili erano quelle all’interno del palazzo. Pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Esperienza da non ripetere
