Ok to stay if you need a 5 star hotel nearer to town. But we will stay else where in Kuantan for vacation.
Pros:

Near to town, shopping complexes.

Cons:

The lifts are not maintained properly as we couldn’t go to level 4 where the pools and gyms are. When we complained to front desk they told us that we didn’t touch the access cards properly until we brought the staffs to the lifts themselves then only they admitted the access cards were faulty. Our bathroom room has this cigarette’s smells. The front desk staffs look stressful and hardly smiles.

Short break In Kuantan
Pros:

Smooth and easy check in - we arrived earlier than expected. We were advised to return at 2.30pm. Thanks to Daniel, the check in staff who had greeted us earlier. He remembered us and had the room ready on our return at 2.30 pm.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Quiet corridor. Spacious room.
Previous reviews had mentioned poor / dim lighting in the bathroom but there were three lights in the bathroom sufficient to see.
Good location - few minutes walk to East Coast Mall and Kuantan City Mall.
Parking accessible and hotel staff validated our TouchnGo card without any problems.
We didn't eat at the hotel , so we were not able to review the food options.

Cons:

The TV had grainy images , if guests are expecting to watch TV. However, as we were not watching the TV, it didn't matter to us.
