Excellent central location and very good air conditioning; these were the only major positives for us.
I travel frequently and always try to leave positive reviews, but this stay was very disappointing. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our 7-night stay, which was particularly serious for us as we had work deadlines and needed a reliable connection. Although management explained that the problem was with their provider and beyond their direct control, no alternative solution was offered, such as a hotspot or another temporary internet connection available nowadays. We also experienced repeated hot-water problems, poor housekeeping and a poorly maintained terrace. Excellent location, but overall the property did not match the hotel experience advertised on Booking.com.

1.no warm or hot water after 9pm
2.shower was leaking/ flooding the bathroom from missing shower glass screen & damaged ( holes) shower skirting.
Kettle provided by no complmentry tea/ coffee for our night time arrival and for breakfast.

Necesita renovación, el baño tenía zonas muy oxidadas, la cama era muy incómoda tuve dolor de espalda todos los días de la estancia y las almohadas muy bajas. La idea de que todo sea bio está bien, pero hay cosas básicas que necesitan mantenimiento para ser un hotel

Didn't see a member of staff the whole time I was there. I suspect this is normal. It's not really a hotel, it's airB&b style rented out rooms in a multi use tower block.
It's a decent standard though and the chap who manages seems a really nice guy and is very responsive.

Camera piccola e buia a causa della finestra posizionata in alto con vista muro di altro condominio, senza possibilità di poterla cambiare.
Tende oscuranti staccate e penzolanti.
Condizionatore non funzionante e molto rumoroso: impossibile tenerlo acceso durante la notte con conseguente aumento della temperatura nella camera.
Luce generale della camera non funzionante.
Bagno senza bidet, ma presente nella descrizione data sul sito!
Rubinetti arrugginiti, specchio arrugginito con luce non funzionante, piatto doccia con muffa sul bordo intorno e scarico sporco.
Perdita acqua dalla cassetta del water.
Presente un mini frigobar vuoto, senza possibilità di chiedere a nessuno una bottiglia d'acqua.

No servizio navetta: bisogna chiederlo giorni prima!
