Please note that reception is open from 9:00 until 20:00 from Monday to Friday. It is open from 13:00 until 20:00 on weekends.

A comfortable home away from home in a quiet neighbourhood of Leopoldo
Pros:

It is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Leopoldo only a short walk to a tram that runs into the heart of the historical centre. Tram service is excellent, every 3-4 minutes in both directions. The apartment we got was on a ground floor with a little balcony to sit out, dry washing and have a cup of tea. The staff are friendly and helpful, all amenities worked well, a very clean place and spacious.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a toaster but it is a minor thing

Great accommodation option for a short stay in Florence!
Pros:

Spacious, clean studio in a quiet area. Easy access to the old town by public transportation. Friendly staff, good guidance prior and upon arrival. Would go back!

WORTH THE STAY!!
Pros:

This property is by far the very best I have ever stayed in! It’s so modern, yet cozy and comfortable! It definitely made our stay 10x better!
If you have kids I definitely recommend paying extra to book the larger room with the bunk bed, my kids loved it.
The staffs were extremely friendly and very sweet making sure we were comfortable. and when we had to check in late they were very informative on how to get in your apartment which i loved!
They also have a private garage if you rent a car for your stay which was awesome! didn’t need to worry about parking!
Would definitely be booking this residence again in the future and recommend it to all my friends and family when they travel to florence!

Lovely Stay in Florence
Pros:

The interior design is lovely. The apartment was spacious and full of amenities. The residence is located conveniently off the tram line from the train station, which also means it doesn't take long to get to the city center.

Great flat
Pros:

The hosts went all out to get the keys to us as we were early. On arrival they went through everything with details, how to use everything in the flat and also how to get around the town. Were professional 👏 👌

Cons:

The only thing which irritate us was that the flat above had some one walking around in the middle of night, which you could hear clearly and also closing the roller blinds around 12 and 1 o'clock at night.

Sicuramente la consiglio. Locali pulitissimi e curati nei minimi dettagli, regna il silenzio pur essendo una struttura molto grande. Se in futuro dovessi tornare a Firenze prenoterei nuovamente la stanza in questo residence.

Great Location and Clean Stay
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, with a metro station nearby. The apartment was very clean and quite quiet at night. The staff were helpful at all times, and the kitchen had everything needed for a long stay.

Cons:

The furniture was a bit dated overall, and the bed and pillows did not feel up to typical hotel standards
