It's a great facility but you should change or at least warn guests about your staffing.

The facilities were good. Everything was clean. The room was stylish.

Cons:

When we arrived, there was no staff present. Getting the "key" (a receipt printed the passcode number) was a hassle. No English signs were provided. We had to call the staff for help but if my mom wasn't there with her phone and Korean phone number, my family and I would never have been able to access the staff or our room. And my mom, who is older, said she would never have been able to access her "key" without someone to help her with the technology.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—right across the street from the water and within walking distance of many great restaurants. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was fantastic, and the jet tub was a highlight, especially with the windows open to take in the view. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having chairs by the window to sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery.

Cons:

Like other reviewers mentioned, the bed was a bit uncomfortable, so we were prepared for that. We also brought a fan with us, which helped since, while the AC worked, it didn’t circulate the air as well as we would have liked.
