Unclean and had too many ants, not worth the money

I liked the breakfast, and the staff were kind.

Cons:

The cleanliness was very poor. Our room, 108, had various insects in it. First, we found a tick in the bathroom, which was quite alarming. I don’t know how it got there – perhaps it came from previous guests – but it was still very unpleasant. There was also a small spider on our pillows. Finally, there were many ants of different sizes, especially between the bedroom and the bathroom, which made me wonder whether the wall between the two rooms might be infested.

I asked the staff if we could change rooms, but none were available, which was understandable as it was late at night. Still, I felt very stressed about sleeping there, and this was not the experience I expected for almost €200 per night.
