Hot foods in the breakfast buffet Bain-Marie’s were conistently cold/ lukewarm over our four day stay. Minor blip in an otherwise highly recommended stay.
Exceptional customer service, restaurants, and proximity to the mall of Asia. The fair rides and restaurants along the water are great which is just across the street from the hotel. There's also option to rent bikes and bike along the water. Unfortunately, the majority of them were closed as it was off season. Will have to come back during peak season. I'm sure we'll get to enjoy them more. Aside from the bay litter, the rides and restaurants give it a seaside beach vibe. This is great for families and a feature that sets Conrad apart from the other hotels in Manila. I highly recommend staying here.
Manila Bay water was full of litter. Please keep the water clean and not polluted with people's garbage. It ruined the beautiful bay view from the hotel. As guests, we pay extra for the bay view but the bay view doesn't match the pictures on website and actual scenery.

Pool was unavailable during our stay because of the weather. However, it wasn’t their fault 🙂
The coordination of their relations team did an excellent Job - my wife was surprised on her Birthday even though we hardly even notice the bad weather because of the comfort Conrad MNL has been the best experience by far on our Tour lists.

Perfect Milestone Celebration: Conrad Manila is our go-to anniversary hotel, but the Diplomatic Suite with its panoramic bay views took this stay to an entirely new, exceptional level.
VIP Check-In Experience: Check-in and check-out were completely seamless. We were personally ushered to the Executive Lounge by the reservation officer, where we enjoyed great food and drinks while our check-in was handled.
Flawless Personalization: Every single personal request was attended to perfectly. They surprised us with a complimentary anniversary cake, beautiful towel decor, and their signature stuffed toy.
World-Class Spa: Hands down the largest, cleanest, and most stunningly aesthetic spa I have ever experienced.
Unbeatable Dining: The breakfast buffet spread was massive, incredibly delicious, and worth every single bite.
Absolutely nothing—there was not a single dull moment during our entire stay!

Conrad Manila is one top hotel. The location is ideal, just a 15min drive from the international airport. The hotel itself is an 10 out of 10 in terms of service and amenities. Breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. We will definitely come back here whenever we go home. Thank you to all the friendly, warm and helpful staff of Conrad Manila.
Our stay at Conrad Manila was absolutely wonderful, with beautiful surroundings, excellent amenities, and exceptional service throughout our visit. A special shoutout to the pool staff, Jemmy, Mark, and Charles, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and enjoying our time by the pool.
