Overall we enjoyed our stay and great staff
Pros:

Access walkways to Mall of Asia. Did not have to walk outside in the rain. Near to the casinos and the bay walk. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Friday night seafood was disappointing for they did not have lobster. The advertisement shows lobster but none was served. The shrimps were small and overcooked for they were dry and falling apart. The next day went to fresh at Solaire to eat lobster.

Great hotel

Cons:

I told restaurant manager my cooked breakfast was cold. We discussed a refund of 50%. As brekky was quite expensive. Nothing yet.. Hotel so big its a little impersonal with reception on 3rd floor. Weird
