Conrad Manila

Had a great time at C Lounge. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and perfect for winding down with good food and drinks by the bar. I ordered the beef salpicao, and it was excellent, tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Kudos to the chef for serving such delicious food.
Special thanks to bartender Ejhay for the warm hospitality and attentive service that made the experience even more enjoyable. As well from the receptionists, Leen and Chan, whose welcoming smiles added to the pleasant ambiance. Truly a hidden gem in Metro Manila. MABUHAY!

I had a fanstastic experience staying at Conrad. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Jemny and Mau provided me with amazing service at the pool in addition to their great and friendly personalities.

Excellent service/hospitality. Everyone was courteous. Even the pleasantries felt genuine and don’t seem forced. Staff showed us to our room. Executive lounge served clean and great food choices. Executive lounge staff and even front-desk staff knew me by name. They even figured out my professional salutation without me declaring it to them. Handed free stuff toys and birthday cake for my father. They also remembered my usual drink and other preferences. (Enzo, Andrea, Arriane, and Marc Alain)

Checkin was smooth. It was Friday and it was expected to be kind of busy, however, given the requests/information exchange via Hilton Honors app chat functionality, the checkin went smoothly and fast (compared to the other Hilton group hotel in the vicinity which took almost 2 hours to check us in at 1800h).

The 2 bedroom Ambassador Suite with Bay View and balcony is massive. The balcony spans the entire length of the room. It’s the width of an entire wing! At the time of stay in April 2026, the rooms showed signs of aging though. Walls were starting to show wears; main door lock and doorbell worked fine but interior rooms’ locks didn’t snap perfectly. Balcony door cannot be locked once requested to be unlocked for the stay but that’s fine because the private balcony is too inaccessible for outsiders.

Toiletries and personal hygiene supplies were adequate (2 shower rooms, 1 en suite bath with shower head, 1 powder room). Complete shower facility with strong pressure (rainshower, shower panel, and shower head). Some faucet switches needs maintenance though for the heating system.

Housekeeping was perfect! Refills were done completely. No missing personal items. Room felt like the first day after every housekeeping. Gerald, the assigned housekeeper even left personal handwritten notes and did courtesy calls to check upon guests needing assistance.

Even the trainees were well-trained. The one who brought the complimentary plushies to our room was exceptional. It felt like she was working there as a senior staff already.

Room service is on-time.

Every calls to the front desk and queries/requests made via the Hilton Honors app chat function were handled promptly.

Our family loved the food choices. Went to Brasserie for breakfast. Need I say more that the staff members were very polite, genuine, and attentive?

Too bad I wasn’t able to try the spa because it was fully-booked, as well as the pool and other amenities.

Overall, it was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in the Philippines! World-class service. And the best hotel chain under the Hilton group in the country.

My experience at Conrad Manila was truly relaxing and memorable. The ambiance was elegant and peaceful, especially with the beautiful view of Manila Bay. We went there for coffee, and it was such a nice experience because the place felt cozy yet luxurious at the same time.

The coffee was rich and satisfying, and the staff specially Ms. Nicole and Ms Shai were very accommodating and professional. What I enjoyed the most was the calm atmosphere — perfect for catching up, having deep conversations, or simply unwinding after a busy day. The interiors were classy and Instagram-worthy, making the experience even more special.

Overall, our coffee time at Conrad Manila was not just about the drinks, but also about the relaxing vibe, excellent service, and quality time spent together. It’s definitely a place I would love to visit again.

Cleanliness

Returned to this hotel for a vacation & family catch up. Being a HH diamond member we received a lovely upgrade & i made regular use of the executive lounge. There are a number of elements i love about this hotel. great location with the connection to MOA. Main restaurant for breakfast is excellent & has such a large range of food. the Executive lounge has lovely selection at afternoon tea & evening canapes & has a great view of the bay. rooms are spacious & well equipped . the pool is also a lovely area to swim or sit & chill. Overall what stands out is the excellent service from all teams. from the moment you arrive at the main entrance everyone is there to service you , always a friendly smile anywhere in the hotel , if you look lost or confused someone is there to assist . This is why i keep returning & have already booked again for next year, i would not stay anywhere else in Manila. i have stayed at a number of Conrad's around the world & i do expect great service from this brand but Manila really stands out against the others.
