Food Buffet was very good. Convenient to MOA, pool and Gym.
We encountered a bad experienced in our room but Miss Mabel (Mabz) from housekeeping dept. went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons:

I think there was something going on with their rooms. Our room was beautiful but has a musty or moldy smell. We immediately addressed the issue and they were kind enough to moved us to a Premier room. Secondly, my sister's room has no AC, they tried fixing it too with no luck and they moved them too. I am sure it was an isolated cases but they were really kind enough to make us happy.

Wonderful place and people.
Pros:

Everything. The hotel, the room the employees, how safe I felt. All the employees at this hotel were very nice, polite, helpful and professional. The room was very spacious and I had a clear view of the bay. There was great variety of foods and drinks for breakfast. Special thanks to JR and Jane at the customer service desk, John and Warrin at the elevators, Jamie and the lifesaver (I am sorry I did not get his name) at the pool, JC, Elderson, Antonett and Marc at the Brasserie, the housekeepers even though I did not see them and I don't have their names, since they kept my room clean and replenished every day. And I don't want to forget all the employees greeting and helping the guest. This was a wonderful experience and if I every go back to Manila, I will definitely stay here again!

FAMILIAR BUT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!
Pros:

My 3rd time in Conrads with my Family to relax and some business meetings.
A big shout out to Josh and Eunice for very nice service in our stay there serving complimentary drinks and bibingka. " Mabuhay"

And of course to John Rivera who always greeting us with warm smile and making sure if our stay is all good.

Whenever we need Hotel to stay.
Conrad is our GO TO Hotel.
With these kind of people serving you- Everything is Good! ☺☺☺

We love Conrad. It’s one of our preferred hotels when vacationing in different countries. Our only concern during our stay which I forgot to mention at the front desk when checking out was the bathroom. There was a lingering smell of urine in bathroom.

Great security service
Pros:

We stayed here for the holiday weekend as we participated in the Galaxy run 2026. We were warmly greeted by staff and security upon arrival. Because of the upcoming Galaxy run event, and also it happened to be a holiday weekend, we were told that the valet is already full and that we should park in the parking area. This made us a bit disappointed because we have 2 kids and big luggages with us, and this is one of the perk we are expecting as a diamond member. One of the security guards, Felipe Dollente approached us and he made it possible for us to have a slot in the valet. He helped with the luggages and assisted us until we got inside the hotel. And even on our check out, he made sure everything went smoothly as we waited for our car to arrive in front of the entrance. Great service indeed
