Cons:

Smell of weed and drugs. Clogged sink drainage which didn’t get fixed even the gentleman worked on it. Couldn’t open the window to get rid of the smell of the neighbor while smoking or couldn’t run just fan to have some air circulation. It was either cold or heat program on the AC.

Pros:

I got a suite. I checked in, unpacked. The toilet would not flush. It was repaired. I completed my stay and check out. Whenever I stay at a Hilton hotel, I get a link to provide my feedback of my stay. I never received a link. I notified customer service, I was told they would contact the hotel to send a link. I never got one. Going to corporate.

The location was good, close to Market District but my lower back still hurts from how uncomfortable the bed was.
Pros:

I liked the location and the large parking lot right next door.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable at all.

Right where you need to be!
Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance to the Strip District Terminal. There are a lot of places close for entertainment, food, and shopping. The staff was VERY friendly and made us feel welcome.

Cons:

The sink lit mirror would shut off out of nowhere when I would use it, and would not turn back on for half the day. I tried to reset the GFI and that did not work either. Was not a big deal, just weird that it would happen after being on for 10 mins.

Pros:

The stay was good but I was overcharged by Bookings. There was an extra charge for a 3rd person when the hotel stayed that the room could occupy up to 4 people without an extra charge. The Saturday charge was only $350 a night. I’m so disappointed when I heard this. The personnel from your company would only say that the room was confirmed for 3 people and denied being charged extra. When you look at how rooms are charged, you can see there’s a difference when booking for 3 versus 2.

I'll be back again!
Pros:

I've stayed here previously, love the location in Pittsburgh's Strip District, can walk to everything. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

A little expensive this trip, but I was there for the Pittsburgh Marathon weekend, but so was everyone else!

Pros:

This is not my first time staying there, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The location is great with lots of things to do and places to eat.

Cons:

My room was not clean to basic standards there was chapstick left beside the ottoman, crumbs under the couch, and on the pull out mattress. There was a vape beside the bed that had been there long enough to catch dust and hair, the bedding did not seem clean ( it was a late night check in and I did not realize this until the next day). The couch cushions were stained like they just flipped them rather than cleaning them.The carpets in the room and hallways need scrubbed and the windows need cleaned. I stayed here a few weeks ago with a group of boys for my son's birthday and the rooms were not as bad but the couch cushions were definitely stained. I did not say anything to the staff this time because we literally were in and out because we were there for a basketball tournament. I also knew the hotel was full so there was not much they would be able to do to accommodate. Had I been there longer and not running around to games, I would have definitely said something to the staff to allow them the opportunity to fix the issues. I only got one picture when I went to get the bed ready for my son.
