My third time here, not my last!
Pros:

Nice breakfast included. The location is nice! Right in the Strip District, very short walk into downtown.

Our stay was pleasant and we would stay again if coming back to town.
Pros:

Staff very friendly, especially Thomas at the front desk. Pool nice. Breakfast good.

Cons:

The room needed larger garbage cans. We checked in with 4 people and only 2 towels sets, also could have used a second chair.

Cons:

The room was not clean and smelling ( sweat smells). We were transferred to room 524 that was not clean . Besides that, the parking garage cost $20 per day but at the checkout, just for two nights, we were hit with $52 for parking garage.

Not perfect, but a very nice hotel in a great location!
Pros:

My spouse and I were in Pittsburgh for a long weekend over the Memorial Day holiday in May 2026 and spent four nights at this Homewood Suites (checked in on the Friday afternoon and checked out Tuesday morning). Overall, we rather liked the hotel. In general, Homewood Suites properties are quite nice and this one was no exception. We were able to redeem Hilton Honors points for every night of our stay, so that was great!

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of a lot of downtown attractions. The atmosphere of the hotel was quite nice, too. Our check-in process on Friday afternoon went fairly quickly, and our suite (#705) was clean and comfortable... no issues there.

We appreciated one of the amenities of the hotel in particular... the bar. That was nice, but we wished it would have been open Friday night as well as Saturday night. (It was only open Saturday night, but we did have some drinks there... so that was good.)

There were three disappointing aspects of the hotel... 1) When we checked in, we weren't told about the housekeeping situation. We learned later that, to request housekeeping, we specifically have to ask for it. 2) The temperature of the water in the indoor pool was kinda cold, so we didn't want to use it (no hot tub available). 3) We weren't terribly impressed with the breakfast options.

Despite the disappointments, overall, we were quite satisfied with this hotel. Our room was great. It was quiet, and we slept well each night of our stay.

Great hotel and great location.

Great hotel and great location. Located in the strip district across the street from restaurants, bars etc. down the block from primanti bros, Smithsonian etc. breakfast included, has pool, gym, billiards, a rooftop, parking , comfy beds, suites with a separate bedroom, dog friendly etc, would stay again!

Cons:

Smell of weed and drugs. Clogged sink drainage which didn’t get fixed even the gentleman worked on it. Couldn’t open the window to get rid of the smell of the neighbor while smoking or couldn’t run just fan to have some air circulation. It was either cold or heat program on the AC.

I got a suite. I checked in, unpacked. The toilet would not flush. It was repaired. I completed my stay and check out. Whenever I stay at a Hilton hotel, I get a link to provide my feedback of my stay. I never received a link. I notified customer service, I was told they would contact the hotel to send a link. I never got one. Going to corporate.

The location was good, close to Market District but my lower back still hurts from how uncomfortable the bed was.
