Looked very clean and well kept and updated. Staff was very friendly both on the phone and in person.
Water pressure in the shower was not good. Appeared to be mold on the wall/ ceiling in the bathroom.
The location was great.
Exceptionally clean!
There was nothing we didn’t like about it.
Great hotel experience! The hotel is very updated and in great shape and well decorated and comfortable. Rooms spacious and modern. Great staff that were all guest service professionals and i appreciate them for making my stay so enjoyable. Thanks to Holly, Ann and Jeffrey, it was my pleasure to speak with each of them. Between the great staff and beautiful hotel this was a great location to stay. Highly recommend to everyone!
It was wonderful while I was there!

Stayed several nights & loved it. Great location … close to dining, shopping, & entertainment. Highly recommend.
Great location for the event we were attending. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
I actually brought an international speaker from our convention to the hotel on Sunday evening. The website advertized a 24 hour shuttle; when we arrived at the hotel, there is no shuttle Monday through Wednesday. The front desk would not agree to help my guest with an uber at 5 Monday morning. (Actually shuttle doesn't begin until 8 am; most business travelers leave earlier.) I ended up calling a Greenville friend who travels frequently for business and took responsiity for the big difference in cost in order to ensure the safety of the person for whom I was responsible.
In addition, I had called earlier to let the desk know that my guest was a single female and to give her a room close to the front desk; her room was top floor next to the staircase, as far from the front desk as one can be.
Where was the customer service? I am a Hilton honors member, and although I did not book the room, I expected more from a Hilton property.
Room was clean. No mention of Hilton Honors at check-in, had to ask for a water.
Breakfast area was dirty and understaffed.

Normally Hampton Inn, while not my first choice in the Hilton line, is perfectly fine for a quick stay and can provide a hassle-free experience. This experience was different. The hotel is under renovation (you walk through an active construction zone with work going on to check-in and enter/exit), which was not disclosed on Hilton's site as they normally do. Second, items were missing from the room--I was told they were being removed for pending construction, and then told by the manger that wasn't true. Third, they fully sold the hotel without accounting for 1) a parking lot that was undersized to begin with and 2) that around 8-10 spaces were taken up by construction materials and dumpsters. Several of us were directed to park by a nearby tire store instead while I saw another customer moving construction debris to make room for his vehicle. The night clerk was dismissive "not my responsibility, I just work here." One of the two elevators wasn't working. Otherwise, the room was fine, quiet, and the blinds blocked outdoor light--maybe try again in a year.
