A great hotel for a stay in Springfield with quick access to downtown.
Pros:

This is a very nice property that is within a half hour's walk of Springfield Armory National Historic Site and the historic downtown of Springfield. The property is very nice and our room was delightful with a very nice and large shower.

The staff was very friendly. We usually have to ask for extra linens for the pullout sofa, but there was an extra set already in the closet when we arrived.

Breakfast was varied and very tasty. Great coffee, fruit, eggs, meats, yogurt, etc.

Overall, the property is excellently located and is very nice. We would definitely recommend it for a stay in Springfield.

Cons:

We were in need of laundry facilities at this point in our trip, but there aren't any guest-use laundry facilities in the hotel. They do offer laundry services, but they do it for you and it costs extra. We ended up using a laundromat that was about a five minute walk from the hotel to get some laundry done.

Excellent place to stay near the Basketball Hall of Fame.
