confort du lit, la chambre spacieuse avec balcon

Cons:

salle de bain vétuste ( la douche très étroite surtout avec un rideau plastic )
le personnel pas accueillant ( c est a peine si le réceptionniste nous regarde quand il nous remet la clé de la chambre )

Salle de bain douche avec rideau qui colle sur le corps et l eau qui coule parterre.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, με καθαρούς χώρους, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.
Pros:

Μείναμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο δίπλα στην παραλία της Καλαμάτας και συνολικά μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας.

Το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα είναι φυσικά η τοποθεσία του, καθώς βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στην παραλία και σε κοντινή απόσταση από πολλά εστιατόρια, καφέ και καταστήματα. Υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και πρωινό στην περιοχή, οπότε ακόμα κι αν θελήσετε κάτι διαφορετικό από αυτό που προσφέρει το ξενοδοχείο, θα βρείτε εύκολα αρκετές εναλλακτικές.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι κάπως παλιό, κάτι που φαίνεται και από τις φωτογραφίες, ωστόσο οι εγκαταστάσεις είναι καθαρές και καλά συντηρημένες. Το προσωπικό αξίζει ιδιαίτερη αναφορά, καθώς ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε.

Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό και κάλυπτε τις βασικές ανάγκες, χωρίς να είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερα ξεχωριστό.

Ένα σημείο που θα πρέπει να γνωρίζουν οι επισκέπτες είναι ότι, λόγω της έντονης κίνησης στην παραλιακή ζώνη, υπάρχει αρκετή φασαρία τα βράδια, συχνά μέχρι τις 2:00 π.μ. Αν κάποιος έχει ελαφρύ ύπνο, ίσως αυτό να τον επηρεάσει.

Όσον αφορά το πάρκινγκ, η εύρεση θέσης μπορεί να είναι αρκετά δύσκολη, ιδιαίτερα τις ώρες αιχμής. Υπάρχει ένας μεγάλος χώρος στάθμευσης πίσω από την εκκλησία, όπου συνήθως μπορεί κανείς να βρει θέση. Διαφορετικά, ίσως χρειαστεί να παρκάρετε λίγο πιο μακριά και να περπατήσετε.

Συνολικά, παρά τα μικρά μειονεκτήματα που σχετίζονται με την ηλικία του κτιρίου, τη νυχτερινή φασαρία και τη δυσκολία στο πάρκινγκ, η εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, η καθαριότητα και η άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ευχάριστη. Θα το προτείναμε σε όσους θέλουν να βρίσκονται δίπλα στη θάλασσα και στο κέντρο της παραλιακής ζωής της Καλαμάτας.

Cons:

Στα αρνητικά, το ξενοδοχείο είναι κάπως παλιό, υπάρχει αρκετή φασαρία τα βράδια λόγω της κίνησης στην παραλιακή και η εύρεση θέσης στάθμευσης μπορεί να είναι δύσκολη, ιδιαίτερα τις ώρες αιχμής.

Comfortable hotel with ideal location by the beach
Pros:

Nice room, great view from the balcony and good beach just across the road. You can walk up to the old town and plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby. Also bus stop for local buses is very close

Bra läge vid stranden men inte så fancy.
Pros:

Läget med absolut närhet till stranden och balkong med havsutsikt. OK frukost.

Cons:

Lite daterat hotell, behövde renoveras. En enda liten hiss. Väldigt trångt i duschen, som hade duschdraperier.
