Groovy hotel in the best part of town, with excellenty facilities and lovely staff

Cons:

le quartier. Le petit déjeuner relativement médiocre. La chambre sans lumière extérieure. Elle donnait sur la cour intérieur avec du passage, empêchant toute intimité.

Nice hotel but strange booking rules

Cons:

I booked and upon arrival I was asked for 150 dollar deposit. I extended my stay by 3 days and was again asked for a further 150 dollars deposit .
I found this off putting 🤷‍♂️

Good hotel in a poor area
Pros:

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, excellent spa. They even provide umbrellas for rainy days. The biggest problem is the location. Incredibly dirty street, smelly and bad reputation.

Fantastic, would definitely use the Sun & Moon Urban on our next trip to Cambodia!
Pros:

The staff was fantastic! Especially the staff members who worked the front desk. They were very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful with coordinating our stay in the hotel and our travel plans in and around Phnom Pehn. Thank you for a memorable stay!
