Nice hotel but strange booking rules
Pros:

Nice hotel

Cons:

I booked and upon arrival I was asked for 150 dollar deposit. I extended my stay by 3 days and was again asked for a further 150 dollars deposit .
I found this off putting 🤷‍♂️

Fantastic, would definitely use the Sun & Moon Urban on our next trip to Cambodia!
Pros:

The staff was fantastic! Especially the staff members who worked the front desk. They were very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful with coordinating our stay in the hotel and our travel plans in and around Phnom Pehn. Thank you for a memorable stay!

home away from home, full of happy smiling staff
Pros:

have stayed here a few times and always great, the staff are amazing. The room is spacious and well set out. Amazing for Asia is the hot water, sun an moon the water was hot straight away, no waiting.

Cons:

the only thing i found that i didn't like, is the door. You have to make sure it is fully shut. if u let is shut on its own it wont shut/lock

This is probably one of the best hotels in the area
Pros:

This had almost everything you needed in a hotel. This hotel had pool bar spa restaurant very clean area. The cooking class was OK.

Cons:

One thing I will say about the breakfast sometimes they had eggs sometimes they didn’t. For breakfast buffet it had a lot of lunch items.

Great experience
Pros:

I stayed at SUN & MOON, Urban Hotel three times, each time for three days, and I was impressed every single time. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop bar and a rooftop swimming pool with a great atmosphere.
The location is perfect for exploring the city. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby, and the lovely Mekong riverfront promenade is also within walking distance.
The rooms are very spacious, bright, clean, and decorated in a beautiful modern style. I really like the overall design of the hotel.
I would especially like to highlight the exceptional kindness and honesty of the hotel staff. I accidentally forgot a large amount of money in the safebox in my room. By the time I noticed it, I was already in another country. The staff was incredibly helpful and honest enough to send the money back to my home. I would like to sincerely thank them once again for that.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again and can highly recommend it.
