Amazing staff and pleasant small hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the Old Market and the liveliest part of the city, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The swimming pool is very pleasant, with beautiful greenery and lush vegetation surrounding it, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

The staff are amazing. They always welcome you with a smile and do their best to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

We used their transportation service for airport transfers, which was very reasonably priced. They also arranged a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat for us at a fair price. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent as well.

This is already my second stay in Siem Reap at this hotel, and if I visit again, I will definitely choose the same place. The value for money is outstanding. Thank you all the amazin staff!

Wish we stayed for longer!
Pros:

Kind staff, very spacious and modern room, nice pool area. Delicious breakfast. Location a short walk from main streets, also quite close to grocery store. Hotel can also arrange airport pickup, Angkor Wat tour etc. Wish we stayed here for longer!

Cons:

Our balcony was facing the pool, and noise from outside could be heard quite well even with the doors closed.

Perfect but of boutique luxury

Accoglienza straordinaria e relax perfetto in Cambogia

Soggiornare in questo hotel in Cambogia è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. La piscina è un valore aggiunto perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sotto il caldo torrido. La stanza era molto bella, sempre pulita e con un’aria fresca e piacevole che permetteva di stare benissimo in ogni momento.

Anche la sala della colazione era climatizzata, un dettaglio non da poco, e la colazione era varia e molto buona.

Ciò che fa davvero la differenza, però, è lo staff: dalla ragazza della colazione, al personale del bar, fino a chi ci ha accolto e aiutato con le valigie. Tutti sono stati fantastici, sempre gentili, sorridenti e disponibili. Ti fanno sentire davvero coccolata, anche nelle piccole attenzioni, come portarti un bicchiere di acqua fresca mentre aspetti il tuk tuk.

Un servizio impeccabile che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

This was the best hotel experience I have had in a very long time.
Pros:

breakfast was adequate but with so many options nearby, breakfast was purchased elsewhere. The room was perfect, had a nice balcony, large room and nice view...location couldn't have been better with a short walk to pub street, night market, other restaurants. Each staff member was amazing and very attentive to everything, and always with a smile.

Cons:

Internet was poor at best - I never ended up getting my personal work done but since it was a working holiday, it became a holiday only. The breakfast wasn't the greatest so we chose to eat elsewhere for the most part.
